Nice location, good beach, warm clean sea, very good food, even steaks and every day seafood. I was very satisfied with my holiday spent there. Thanks, best regards from Prague to the nice hotel staff.......,...............,..........

Not a 4 star for sure. And dont waste money on all inclusive option cause its a farce and a big lie. We are currently at hotel right now and the all inclusive is a waste of money. Not even an espresso at the bar before 10am you can take!!! Then all entertainment is at the beach not pools and this is done intentionally. Cause at the beach bar their is nothing included and there is no alcohol! The only alcohol available at beach is beer and that you need pay for even if you are all inclusive. Then there is the rooms!! We have booked a quadruple room cause we are a family. The shower cublcle is for little dwarf aliens cause you cannot enter and bath your kids inside. Its a disaster....full stop....Also, first thing i did when sentering the room is switchnon AC..And the smell was so bad i had to clean the filters myself and dont waste time calling reception. it was obvious months passed before they were last cleaned.....Also beach sand is terribly dirty but maybe this was due to thunderstorm the night before.

This was are first trip to Sicily and this Hotel was amazing. We book this vacation through promovacance. Our point of contact was Alessandra. She was so kind, very professional, and an amazing support. She helped us make this vacation truly memorable. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. They tried their best to make you welcomed. An excellent choice for families.

Beach The beach is always busy in the mornings. Much Quieter in the afternoons as I think lots have long lunches / siestas. The sea is clear and the perfect Luke warm temperature to cool off. Each room is allocated two sun beds and one umbrella. (That was between 4 of us). The same ones for the duration of the stay. There are some sea kayaks and paddle boards you can use early morning or late afternoon. Pool There’s one large deep main pool and two shallow kids pools. But you must wear a swimming cap (unless you’re bald!). The pool is mostly very quiet. Afternoons are busier. Maybe the sea is the preferred option being so lovely and cooler there. Food The food is generally very good. Always hot options but mostly cold options including seasonal vegetables, aubergine, courgette, etc A lot of seafood but always some meat too. An abundance of choice. There is also the Grill restaurant which is also buffet style but with the addition of the pizza oven. Alcoholic drinks aren’t included here but some lovely local wines are on the list. Drinks I have never seen so much single use plastic ever! And it’s also actively encouraged. The amount of plastic waste from that hotel must be phenomenal. I’m shocked this still happens. But it’s apparently quite normal in Italy. At the beach you can get a drink in a small plastic cup or a paper cup that holds about 100ml only. So it’s little and often and yet more waste. In the buffet, at meal times, soft drinks are limitless. But you must only fill the glass jugs. You are not allowed to fill up your water bottles. How strange. We asked at the bar to fill our water bottle. It wasn’t allowed. It had to be done with a small cup one at a time! Why?! At the bar there’s a list of drinks included and titled “for the foreign market”! The wrist bands, all residents wear, indicate if you’re all inclusive or in a soft drinks package. We paid for all inclusive but all our drinks (alcoholic or not) were in the small plastic cups. We weren’t allowed any drinks in glasses (as others did!) Consistently environmentally unfriendly. Bravo animation There seems to be a lot of entertainment and games on offer. They were very popular at the beach with the Italian families. But we weren’t encouraged to join in at all. I think I we were the only foreigners there, surrounded by Italians. I think my son and husband would’ve enjoyed the beach tennis or volleyball but we felt the animation team avoided us. We went to a show one evening but it was all in Italian so we left as pointless for us. Accommodation Our suite was quite spacious for our family. One double room and the main room with twin beds. One bathroom with a small shower. The hairdryer attached to the wall was smoking so we had to borrow from reception. Better to bring your own. In summary it’s probably a good hotel to stay at IF you’re Italian. We were misled by BA, that we booked through, that it was what we wanted. There were some friendly staff we encountered:

Struttura nuova con molto verde una spiaggia fantastica con il panorama delle Eolie davanti, delle camere ampie e addirittura noi avevamo una familiare quindi molto più spaziosa e con una camera al piano superiore e una al piano inferiore, molto pulite come tutta la struttura del resto, con una ristorazione al top con prodotti eccellenti e personale educato e preparato all accoglienza. Ottimo il servizio al bar con Giuseppe Alice Simone e Francesca super. E per ultimo ma non per importanza l animazione. Il capo villaggio il giaguaro unico nella sua umiltà perché sempre in prima linea, educato e rispettoso, aiutato sicuramente dalla sua romanita', un vero centro di gravità permanente. Il suo "vice" Sasi pelorosso napoletano doc, concentrato di sensibilità e grande artista. Jack, voce radiofonica e sorriso da bambino ha incantato con la sua semplicità. Lavinia la coreografa. Tanta roba tutta insieme in un piccolo spazio vitale. Anastasia. Per lei la juve è tutto e invitarla a cantare con noi al karaoke l inno della juve vale il prezzo del viaggio. Elena. Arrivata con noi domenica sera. Abbiamo avuto l onore e la gioia di seguirla nelle sue attività perché come si fa'a dire di no ai suoi occhioni. Gabriele, conosciuto l anno scorso ad Alimini un vulcano di emozioni e... di salsa e latino americano.Arianna la responsabile del mini club che anche se non abbiamo bimbi piccoli è stata contagiosa per il suo grande e luminoso sorriso. E tutti gli altri che hanno comunque reso piacevole il soggiorno anche se ci siamo frequentati un po meno ma a cui va il nostro rispetto per il lavoro non facile che fanno. Consiglio questa struttura vivamente anche perché si trova in paradiso (ma io sono di parte perché sono siciliano). Grazie Bravo di baia di tindari

LOCATION: struttura attorniata dal verde tenuto davvero molto bene, un corpo centrale con camere superior e diversi viali con camere al piano terra e 1° piano. Eccezionale la raccolta differenziata, all- inclusive con consumazioni illimitate di una selezione di bevande presso i bar, area teenager e bazar. Grandissima area giochi per bambini con zone relax. VOTO 9.0 PISCINE: 2 piscine per bambini + 1 grande per adulti molto bella VOTO 9.0 MARE: spiaggia attrezzata con tutti i servizi (bagnino, bar, docce, spogliatoi) bellissimo mare, spiaggia e panorama sulle isole eolie e sul promontorio di Tindari. VOTO:9.5 PERSONALE: disponibilità, professionalità e cortesia da parte di tutti VOTO:10 CAMERA: abbiamo preso una stanza del corpo centrale molto spaziosa, ottima pulizia VOTO 9.0 COLAZIONE: ottima e varia la colazione sia dolce che salata nella qualità dei prodotti tranne il prosciutto, . VOTO:8,5 RISTORANTE: eccezionale organizzazione da parte del maitre, personale eccellente, discreta la qualità degli antipasti, ottimi i primi e secondi, dolci non entusiasmanti. Grande attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti anche celiaci, presenza di un lavandino per lavare la frutta VOTO:8,0 CONCLUSIONI: ottima struttura, servizi di ottima qualità. Consigliatissimo. Tornerei anche domattina.
