This is the most disgusting and despicable thing any hotel management can do is to chase my father off the premises when he was waiting quietly for me downstairs to have breakfast. I am staying with my mother in this hotel and since they’re not together anymore, my father decided to wait for me at the quiet third floor banquet. I was just getting ready to meet my father when the security manager and his team of security threatened my father with Police to arrest him! To which my father replied that his lawyer will sue them for malicious prosecution! Since he was just quietly sitting at the sofa waiting for his son to come down! Not having issues. Eventually, my father removed himself from the hotel but yet; the security manager was physically manhandling my father while at the lobby by grabbing his arm even though he was walking normally! The security manager was just trying to create a scene with my father. DO NOT STAY HERE! These people here are vile and vindictive in their demeanours! Totally unprofessional and have no work ethics! No services from the heart ❤️ They are a total disgrace to the hospitality industry! Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel in services but more like a putrid fish market!

I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

ニューオタニブランドなので、それなりの期待をしていましたが、残念ながら打ち砕かれました。 ビジネス利用で朝食付きツインタイプに1人で宿泊。 部屋の広さは十分で清潔感はあり、アメニティも充実していました。古さは否めない感じですが、水回りやクローゼット等一部はリニューアルされており、空調も不快さはなく良かったです。 しかし、ベッドのマットレスは安めのモノでしょうか、寝心地は良くありません。周辺にある新しいビジネスホテルの方がよっぽどこだわりのある高品質モノが多いと感じました。 その点については、大きく期待を裏切られてしまいました。 洋食バイキングの朝食は品数がものすごく少なく、本当に残念でした。 *料理のオーダーが出来る点や、味は全般的に合格点ですが、種類が少なすぎるのは驚きを隠せず愕然としました。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応も味気なく、空いていたのに流れ作業的な感じる雑な感じ。ホテルの看板を背負っている意識は微塵も感じられませんでした。 清掃スタッフはすれ違いざまにしっかり立ち止まって挨拶されましたが、遠くに見えてスタッフは横柄な歩き方でダラダラとしていて気分が悪くなりました。 この点についても、周辺の新しいビジネスホテルの方が教育が行き届いている感じがします。 フロントスタッフの方々は、忙しそうでしたがテキパキとしていて不快さはありませんでしたが、一方で暖かさは感じませんでした。 結論、バード、ソフト、値段を勘案すると選びません。 よっぽど安ければまた泊まりたいとは思いますが、積極的にはナシです。 バードは予算の問題もあり簡単には改善出来ませんが、スタッフ教育は幾らでも出来るはずです。 気が付いたら、周辺の競合ホテルや、競合ではないランクのホテルに抜かれていた、、、そんな未来が近いホテルですね。

the bad point was the soundproof, I could hear people talking all them full conversation. When they were in the bathroom I could hear everything even fart. Also mornings and nights I heard people making out. That was kind of terrible... so if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend at all.

I used this place on my first trip to Fukuoka. I imagined a business hotel, but I had a gift for my children, and I was able to spend fun with my children! The staff 々 was also pleasant with a smile and a very polite response. The facilities were beautiful. Breakfast is delicious with a pot and a crown prince. There is also a large bath, so my husband and son went to the large bath, and I was able to enter the bath in the room slowly. There is no toilet water in the amenities, so women bring it. And the pajamas in the room are made of chemical jersey dough. Like me, the sleeping roll is a cotton style.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are nice, but quiet small. Their staffs are good and Manoj is excellent. Our group has 2 seniors and one of them had stroke in the morning 4am as we had a flight at 8am. Manoj was waiting to help us called a taxi as we spoke last night, so he helped out calling an ambulance, offering helps that we didn't expect. He is deserved recognitions. Thank you again Manoj! We would recommend this hotel. It is in night live area so you can stay up late. Also you will feel safe because good staff will take care you well.

The first time I went to Fukuoka, I studied for a long time to live there, and then finally decided to stay at Nakazhou Kawabata Station. Exit 7 of the station can be reached in 3 minutes. It is only about 10 minutes to walk to Tenjin, and the safety near the hotel is not too complicated. Don't live in the angels if you are alone, it's too lively. The room is bigger than I thought, and it is very clean. It is good to put a basket of supplies at the door for you.

Pros: -new hotel, stylish design and clean sheet -Strong shower in room -Next to station but away from hustle and bustle -Public bath is fantastic Cons: -Standard room smaller than in pics -Lighting is quite dark in general -No proper work desk -Don’t know how ladies put on makeup besides standing in front of the mirror (still too dark) -sofa bed is too big and takes up large area of room -house keeping staff needs better training I had a funny episode on the day I checked out , hotel policy is check out at 1100. I went out for breakfast and came back around 1020, I found out my room door , along with several other rooms were opened , house keeping staff have started cleaning , despite my DND sign was on the door and before check out time. My suitcases and everything were still in the room and the door was open for “group cleaning”. I was quite upset , front desk called to apologise but still it was not pleasant.

I stayed at １ to take the qualification test. It was located near Nakasu Kawabata Subway Station and was conveniently located near Hakata Riverain. The weather was fine on the day of the test, and I passed through the side of Across Fukuoka to Tenjin at the test venue and arrived in about 15 minutes on foot. In order to prevent the new corona, the amenities were selected next to the front desk, and the cup in the room was a paper cup, but considering it as an infection control measure due to the corona virus, this is one of the methods considered. I thought, and I liked it. I was happy that the shampoo in the bath was my favorite POLA product. The room was calm, on the side that did not face the big street on the ５ floor, and I didn't mind the noise, so I took a rest. Breakfast was a room meal as a measure against corona, and I was sorry that the hotel brought it to the room. It was a form of eating from the bread or miscellaneous rice choice the day before, and it was delicious and balanced breakfast than expected. Alcohol disinfectants are placed in various places, and I have the impression that consideration is given to measures against the new corona infection, and I would like to use it if I have another chance. Thank you to all the staff.

I’m a frequent guest at Millennial Kyoto and couldn’t be more delighted to hear that they open a new hotel in Fukuoka. Millennials Fukuoka is in a strategic location close to restaurants, mini marts, and lots of stuff going on in the Area. It’s sparkling clean and well run. Their staff, especially Faith are extremely helpful. I had a great stay and would love to return when I’m back in Fukuoka.

Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Fukuoka. Only 5 mins walk to the Airport line subway which is also under the same building as Don Quijote. There’re 3 convenient stores within 50-meter radius from the hotel. Room was clean and sound insulated. They do not provide all the amenity but some also available at the lobby so you can take what you really need.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, but I was very satisfied because the cleaning and room condition were better than I thought. First of all, the advantage is 1. Room condition Most of the Japanese accommodations were worried because the rooms were small, but despite the fact that there were two beds, I was able to arrange my luggage by spreading two large suitcases. It was really nice to prepare in the morning because each toilet was separate. When my boyfriend shaved in the sink, I was comfortable with a toilet or shower. Two beds were separated, but the bottom of the bed was wheeled, so I could move the bed alone! We put two beds on the wall and we used the floor a little wider. It's a convenience store food in Japan! There are microwave ovens, vending machines and washing machines on the 1st and 2nd floors of the hotel, so when I came into the hotel for 3 days, I definitely stopped by the convenience store next to me and bought a late-night snack. Location It was a great location for our couple who had a schedule around Tenjin. I can go anywhere within 10 minutes on foot, so after the day's schedule, I came into the hotel and took a rest. After coming out at dawn, I went shopping comfortably when there was no line at the nearby Donkey Hotel. ㅎㅎㅎ Tenjin Station, Nakasu Food Street, It was so nice that the city, including Canal City, Don Quixote, convenience stores, and Ichiran Ramen, all within 10 minutes walk. 3. You have to bring your room key to the security elevator to get on, and at 12 p.m., the automatic door, which is the entrance door of the hotel, is also open only by taking a room key! I was worried that there was no resident staff at the front desk, but I didn't have to worry. 4. It was nice to have a separate smoking space in the parking lot on the first floor of the smoking hotel 5. There seemed to be no toilet bowl and toilet bowl, but one side of the bar table had a square gap, so when I opened it, there was a mirror, a space to store cosmetics inside, and even lights on both sides of the mirror. It was easy to hair and I liked the dressing table. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ The downside is 1. There was an event in Manmesse Fukuoka, so we used it for １ nights. It is within walking distance from kimono town and Nakasu Kawabata. ＊ There is also a bus to the Marine Messe. The room is a standard double room. There is a washbasin as soon as you enter the room. The room amenities are shampoo conditioner body soap. Other necessary amenities can be selected on the first floor. There is no bathtub, only a shower booth, but it is easy to use because the location of the shower can be moved. There is a USB charging port around the bed, so there is enough gadget charging. The bed was large 々 in a double bed. Because it is a new hotel, the building is beautiful and it smelled good every time I returned to the hotel! There are also famous hotels around convenience stores and chocolates, so it was a hotel that I wanted to stay more than １ nights.

It's very sleep-friendly and quiet. It's a good experience. You deserve to have a capsule hotel. We originally communicated in English, but the front desk found out that we were Chinese and came up with details in Chinese. It was really great.
