Nice family hotel and centrally located opposite the train station with many restaurants choices. Checkin was a breeze and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast that came with the hotel stay was excellent with many choices and sufficient refills. Carpark was chargeable at 1200y per night at the next building and walking to carpark can be cumbersome for some during bad weather. Highly recommended place for those looking for accommodation in this part of the city or exploring the city.

The biggest feature of this hotel is that it is very close to the train, less than a minute's walk from the north exit of Shizuoka Station. However, the last time I visited, the air conditioning inside the cable car was working properly, but it seemed to be malfunctioning and the inside of the cable car was in a steaming bath.
