This hotel knows how to make reservations but doesn't know how to hold reservations. I was bumped and had to make other last minute reservations at another hotel.

Poor WiFi. Bathroom ceiling all overs with mold. The middle door hinge is completely gone. The door holds with 1 screw from the upper hinge.

- Check in was late due to cleaning - snacks offered
- Room with 2 beds was given and not king bed
- Tile replacement needed in the bath room
- People tried to come in as the room was given to others?
- Friendly service

- Carpet in the elevator needs replacement

The lady at check in was super sweet and kind.
The overnight guy was not. Hotel definitely needs a revamp. Could be nice but aesthetically is held together with duct tape and silicone.
Unsightly previous damage and leaks everywhere that were not completely repaired

The hotel is under renovation so probably not a fair review, just a little outdated, not as clean. Staff was amazing, breakfast was what is expected. Overall pleasant experience.

This hotel needs some maintenance attention. The pool was closed, a treadmill was broken, the pancake machine was broken, side door was missing a handle and didn’t open from the outside. The WiFi was slow.

Room was very dark, tv did not work and smoke alarm was missing. I was eventually able to have the issues addressed the second day we were there.

the tub in the hotel room was old and dingy. There was a used hand wash cloth still hanging onto the shower head when I arrived! It was gross!
