Marriott's St. Kitts Beach Club

Very beautiful and quiet location, a hidden paradise. We stayed in a ** facing the ocean and it was excellent. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Taxis are available at fixed rates and easy to get. Plenty of food choices nearby so need for car or taxi. You have limited flights from US on all days except Saturday so plan ahead. We went to shipwreck and caribelle batik. The scenic railway only runs when there are more cruise ships so couldn’t go. Coconut grove had good Mexican food, Indian summer and rituals coffee are our favorites. The rams grocery store has everything you need. If you want a quiet beach vacation this is the place to go.

The landscape here is like a postcard from all over the island. The people were the most hospitable and gracious and that is an important element of enjoying your vacation. We plan to return for another week and enjoy the beach activities and zip-lining.

It’s what you expect from a Marriott Vacation property - clean, well-kept, and comfortable. We have been impressed with the staff and their uniformly welcoming and friendly attitude. The bar/grill food has also been good. One caveat - some of the “ocean view” rooms don’t actually see the ocean. Ours doesn’t -attached pic is our view. When I pointed this out, they did try to move us but there wasn’t an available option and there was no way to refund me the extra few hundred dollars I spent for ocean view for five nights. I would have upgraded to “ocean side” but those weren’t available either. All in all, we are enjoying our stay and I really appreciate the birthday card and fresh flowers that the staff had in the room on our arrival!

Staff very friendly, resort superb, 3 large pools, ample restaurants. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great range of food. Sushi at the bar was also mostly good. Occasional slip-ups when they served stale sushi. The wasabi was tasteless. Barman forgot the alcohol and brown sugar in the mojitos. Two significant negatives: 1. For a mighty resort group that gobbles up other hotels, they use very cheap thin toilet paper. They should buy Charmin - a NYC based tissue company. 2. A very unfriendly early check-out is imposed. This is a VACATION RESORT!. Guests should be allowed to relax and enjoy the last morning until 12.00. Instead we had to check-out and hang around for 6 hours waiting to take a taxi for our flight.

I'll make this short. We just got back from a great week, we already booked to go back. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and the next time will be a 3 bedroom. So we can bring more friends to show them how great the resort and vacation club are. The staff are the nicest people to deal with. So friendly.

Top notch customer service from Sherima and Nicola in reception to Yudelle in maintenance. All bellhops and others were also great. Great pool area and lots of restaurants to choose from. Great location.

I was expecting the typical Marriott quality as I am used to in the US. This property needs serious renovation. It’s was terrible. The rooms are old and outdated. Along with bedding and furniture. The common areas and pool is good but the options for food is limited. Not worth the money at all. The only saving grace is the location.

I can't say enough good things about this resort! We've been Marriott timeshare owners for about 20 years and this is one of the best Marriott resorts we've been to--and they've all been really nice! Very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with beautifully landscaped and decorated grounds and property. Very friendly staff from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay at every desk, bar and restaurant. Beautiful clear pools with enough lounge chairs and umbrellas for everyone, so you're not stuck out in the sun if you don't want to be. Nice swim-up bar as well.

This is by far our favorite resort of ANY hotel brand. What makes this property so special is the people who operate and provide top notch service. This resort is first class is every way! Not only is the property clean and inviting. But the food is terrific. We have tried (and returned) to many of the restaurants on property. All are fantastic in their own way. Shout out to the Pizza Shack team who provide the perfect pizza and smile when you need a snack/meal. The common denominator is the people. They care and will go out of their way to assist and accommodate. Special kudos to Melisha, Candace, Mauricia and too many others to list. The activity team, pool side restaurant & bar teams could not be more welcoming. Makes you feel glad you are there! We honestly hate to leave. A word about guests who slam this property because of negligence on their own part. Very unfair to the incredible property and team that work extremely hard to please all the guests, when the root cause of the issue is the guest's negligence.
