I needed a reasonable hotel room for a 3 nights visit to the opera in Wiili Brandt Platz. This hotel did the job. I researched and tram 12 direct to WB Platz. Hotel was 5 minute walk from Niederhof station - 2 stops from the airport. So ideal. Tram stop outside and small supermarket 2 minutes away on opposite side of road. I had a single room, clean and with all I needed, shower, Wi-Fi (excellent) and comfortable bed. Reception welcoming and let me check in earlyish - 12.30. Breakfast was good. -cold and hot available. coffee excellent. Hotel was for me expensive but there was an exhibition on loccaly. Previous weekend much cheaper. unfortunately no English language TV news - but not really needed. Heating very good. Room might be htoo hot in high summer.

The service offered by the reception manager (Thomas) was excellent. Service, courtesy, sympathetic and empathic. I always ask very much and ready to help. In addition to contributing with tips of lunch places in Frankfurt. When we request delivery the night (mouse of fatigue) , the same when realizing , took the initiative of already delivering us gardens and dressers, without at least requesting, which shows its total proactivity and performance

The personal was really friendly and helpful. We spent one night there in a room with two single beds. The room was big enough for a bassinet and a stroller. The bathroom was big enough too. Even if the hotel is close to the highway we could sleep well.. The windows are soundproof and the walls aren't thin, so we didn't hear anything from the other guests. The room and hotel itself was very clean and they took a lot of care in cleaning and measurements against spreading of COVID-19 virus. The parking lot is with 6€ for a day/night also cheap. We were totally satisfied during our stay and can recommend that place.

Expensive, no cost-effective, the reservation was successful and waited for half an hour to stay. The only comfort is that there is no parking fee. The room is average and not very good. Domestic 3 stars or so.

Room was nice enough albeit extremely warm at night. Thermostat controls had no effect. Bed was comfortable, but I still can't get used to the idea of a see-through shower in the middle of the room. Don't expect much in terms of shower gels, shampoo, conditioner etc ... don't get me wrong, they do provide some but it's an extremely small amount. Oh, and don't reply on getting earbuds, toothpaste, sewing kit, etc, those days have gone. 22 Euros for breakfast is extortionate, especially for a buffet. It's not amazing and personally I wouldn't bother. Only reason I had the breakfast (and dinner) was because there is nowhere else to go in the vicinity. On that note, dinner menu is minimal. I ordered Pizza which was worse that a frozen pizza from Iceland (UK shop). Seriously, it was bad and definitely not worth 13 Euros. If you're a Vegan, good luck, there is nothing really worth going for. Also, don't bother paying extra for your room just cause you want a Nespresso machine. I didn that and found out that the hotel does not have Nespresso machines (so I was told by reception). I didn't even get an apology or rate revision. Pfahhh! DoubleTree in general if pretty good, but this one was Average!

Frankfurt crow plaza hotel is just 20 minutes drive from the Frankfurt airport. The hotel has one swimming pool of 4 feet depth , saunas for men and women separately . Remember to bring euro type charger for your mobile phones. Next to the hotel are Little Shanghai Chinese Restaurant and one Tandoor Indian restaurant. Hotel is located in outside of the center, in a pleasant neighbourhood. Local train stop to go to the center is within walking distance (approximately 800 meters). Some restaurants and supermarkets are also closeby. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped. Breakfast buffet was very good. Wifi worked fine. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Price-quality ratio was very good. Only minus points: - indoor swimming pool has very limited opening times and therefore easily gets crowded when open - rooms are not equipped with airconditioning. After a hot summer day be prepared for tropical temperatures in the room. While a fan was provided this did not help as it was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep whilst the fan was on - on-site parking costs EUR 19,- per 24h while there are certain areas right in front of the hotel where you can park your car for free

The hotel itself was lovely. Rooms were nice, staff were helpful, and it smelled aggressively good. The location is good in that it is close to the train station and the downtown core, but it is just a couple blocks away from an area with people using drugs, etc. Would definitely avoid if plan to be out in the evenings. It is possible to avoid this area for the most part with careful planning of routes but the proximity to this area was a definite downside.

The hotel is located near the railway station, and the railway station is about 10 minutes' walk away. The standard room I ordered does not have a balcony. Although there is not much space for the double bed with a sofa bed, the layout is well designed. There are wardrobes and sofa beds for clothes and luggage. It is also possible if a family of three brings a baby. The minibar in the room has beer, mineral water, Coke and Fanta, which are all free to drink. This is very unexpected and pleasantly surprised. The breakfast is also a rich and typical German breakfast, coffee, tea, sausage, bread, salmon, fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc. It is a good breakfast for similar hotels in Europe. The hotel is very close to the Main River. There are landscape trails on both sides of the river. Not far from the bridge is the Chinese Consulate. It is also very convenient to live here if you come to work from other places. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby. I have eaten Chongqing noodles and the hot pot in Yanjing Hotel. They are all very good! In addition, please note that the hotel room rate does not include city tax, so you need to pay an additional 2 Euro/person, which is the same in German hotels.
