Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass du Lage ziemlich gut ist. Direkt in der Innenstadt bei der Konstablerwache. Man kommt super von A nach B. ABER: ich war noch nie in einem so dreckigen Zimmer. Überall waren Haare, die Bettwäsche war beschmutzt und die Handtücher hatten nicht nur Make-Up Reste, sondern auch braune Spuren und die waren nicht grade klein (ich glaube man kann sich denken was es war). Ich habe nochmal neue Handtücher bekommen, die allerdings ebenfalls dreckig waren. Klopapier war kaum vorhanden. Überall Staub und Haarbüschel. Die Dusche war heiß und kalt, der duschkopf hat ständig zwischen dem Massagestrahl, normalen Strahl und quasi gar keinem Strahl gewechselt. Beim Check-Out wurde ich von oben bis unten nochmals gemustert und ziemlich unfreundlich abgewimmelt. Außerdem hatte ich nachts das Gefühl eigentlich auf der Straße zu schlafen, weil der ganze Lärm trotz geschlossenem Fenster ins Zimmer kam.

The hotel is central situated and close to most objectives and public transport. The entrance is from a side street and there is almost no loby floor. It seems old and needs renovation. Work was being done during my stay. Relative clean but the color of the sheets was not ok. Many small things to complain about. Biggest let down is the very high price which I would never pay if it wasn't the last possible option.

This was our 4th stay, and right now there is ongoing renovation, so I believe that imperfections like burnt-out light bulbs (3 from 6) in the room and a missed towel set are a misunderstanding. Hopefully, after the renovation is finished, everything will come back to perfect condition!

Only good thing about the hotel is location. Located by the main shops. From the outside the hotel looks fine. Arrival to reception was ok fairly clean. Received key to room as there was 3 of us we knew one of the party was to sleep on a sofa bed (which was more like just a sofa) When entering the room there was a strange smell. The room did look like the walls and ceiling had been painted. However the carpet was just dirty, stains all over it. Splashes of paint where there hadn’t been clearly any sheets laid down and generally carpet was an eye sore. There was a Kitchenette. Kettle, toaster. No plates and no mugs. Three glasses and one was definitely not clean. The worst was yet to come. Opened the fridge…… left over milk, juice, take out chicken and McDonald’s box which none of us wanted to open to experience what was inside. This could have been left from previous guests but who knows how long it had been there . Clearly the cleaner hadn’t checked on this, which then made us all doubt the cleanliness of the whole room. To be fair bed linen did look clean but didn’t give much assurance. Bathroom was ok. Shower surprisingly good but definitely not the best bathroom. Hair dryer didn’t have anything about it and overheated after about a minute. Sleep value awful. Bed surprisingly comfy. But the noise from outside was horrific which led to dreadful sleep. It went on all night. Such a shame as hotel location was brilliant and hotel cleanliness let itself down. I wouldn’t rush back.

I've never had such a dirty room. There were stains everywhere, there were dead mosquitoes in the bathroom and there was a strong smell of smoke everywhere. The toilet bowl was not installed and was next to the toilet. I would be ashamed to rent a room like that to my guests.

Nice for the price… no frills but clean and comfortable.
