The hotel is very old and clearly has not been renovated in a while. The staff at the restaurant are super helpful and friendly, unfortunately the staff at the reception are not. Rude and not flexible. We arrived three hours earlier than check in and understood that only if a room would become available we would get it. The receptionist said she’d follow up but she didn’t. We had to come several times to the reception to check and still they couldn’t even know if the room was ready because housekeeping wouldn’t pick up the phone. This is clearly not a five stars hotel, mainly due to the attitude and lack of help and service from their receptionist Facundo.

The room is large, especially the bed is large and clean, which is not bad in Argentina. The airport bus can go directly. Turn right about 200 meters to see the three country attractions at a glance. It is also the starting point of the bus to the Great Falls. At present, the one-way ticket to the Great Falls is 3,000 yuan, and the airport is 3300 yuan (5900 yuan back and forth), and the taxi is 12,000 yuan. Tickets for the Iguazu Falls are 20,000 local dollars (about $20). Car rental and travel can be handled in the hotel TAXI and REMIS centers, and the service is very good. A no fuss hotel with good amenities, and great location. The guestroom was spotless, the bed comfort good, and service from the staff outstanding. Within close walking distance to several food venues. A soft spot to spend a couple of hours watching the local trade was a great bar 2 minutes up the road, 'Tropical Cachare'. Alex the waiter right on the ball. Would stay here again without hesitation.

I'm a doctor and spent a weekend at the Resort with my family. During usual times, my evaluation would be excellent, however I was strongly disappointed and would not recommend this resort as good for minimum Covid-19 precautions, during breakfast (when people are more vulnerable, as they need to remove their masks). I would like to make it very clear that the employees were doing the best job possible and acting as directed, but I noticed an obvious lack of a management plan for meal time, training for employees and instructions for the guests. Breakfast took place in only one of the two restaurants available, the tables were not spaced properly (or at least not obviously signposted for guests), people sat less than 1m apart (as in a normal period), it would be a pleasant mess, if was pre-Covid era. I would expect international standards, with respect to WHO rules, but I found quality inferior to that of local contingency plan. I have no doubt that the hotel has trained staff to draw up a good plan and honestly I hope that profit does not prevail over people's health and care, specially at this challenging times.

O que salva no hotel sao os funcionários que sao muito solicitos e simpáticos! O quarto não é muito bem limpo, o chão fica grudando e o banheiro eles apenas recolhiam o lixo, não limpavam todos os dias. o chuveiro é bem quente e isso é um ponto positivo. Fiquei hospedada 5 dias, e nos 5 dias durante o café da manhã eram os mesmos bolos, entendo nao haver desperdício, mas que pelo menos façam em menor quantidade para que tenha sempre um bolo fresco para os hospedes. o café da manhã é bem fraco, eles servem apenas pão de forma, banana, mamão e os bolos dos dias anteriores, de bebida é suco de caixinha, leite, café e o achocolatado em pó. As louças que ficam disponíveis eles nem secam. Pratos, talheres e xícaras todos molhados. A área da piscina é a mais nítida que falta cuidado, muita sujeira, insetos, teias de aranha fora que na primeira noite mal consegui dormir porque tinha uma família fazendo bagunça na piscina ate alta madrugada. Enfim, a localização é boa, mas não recomendo se você gosta de conforto. Se for só pra passar uma noite ok, senão existem outros hotéis com os mesmos preços que com certeza devem ser mais limpos e organizados.

Hotel apenas razoável, estrutura já antiga, deteriorada pelo tempo.. não é possível considerar como 5 estrelas conforme anunciado. O destaque positivo fica para o parque aquático Blue Park que é ótimo. O destaque negativo vai para o trip.com que anunciou como se o ingresso ao parque aquático estivesse incluso e não estava.. causando grande constrangimento no check-in.
