All wonderful, clean hotel, new, modern, room with white led, dryer. Great swimming pool with water next door, great breakfast, well served, fit with veg options. The hotel is located near the beach, not the best location to the downline of the sea drakes, but quiet to walk to the beach.

Always a comfortable stay at the holiday Inn Fortaleza. The rooms are fairly large and comfortable for any length of stay. The hotel provides a decent breakfast to get your day started. Also a restaurant on site with cocktails good food and great service. The staff here are friendly and happy to help guests. Augusto the manager is always available to lend a helping hand if need be with a smile on his face. I’ve been all over the world in all kinds of hotels and when I’m in Fortaleza for business or pleasure this is my number one pick.

Air conditioning suffering, just ventilate! I asked to check the problem and Mr. Araújo ( maintenance ) found the problem ( 07/02 - Apto 127 ) told me that he would check it, but after 20 minutes without return I called the reception to report the incident beyond the box leakage in the bathroom ... that was mounted Then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then then the Finally ... I was changed from room ... to 133 ... the same situation ... central air conditioning does not work ... only ventilates and makes noise. Rooms smell mopho.. moisture. It's a pity, be careful not to disappoint ... consider other options in the same region. I and 2 more colleagues in different rooms (No 123 ) with the same air problem. The hotel is familiar with this problem ... because they already leave a magnetic energy card inserted directly in the rooms. Pq? Because they don't spend energy with air conditioning ... only ventilation works. My colleagues had already warned me before ... I paid to see! Danced! Would you like to pay? Decide !! Old hotel ... only the location is good!

The Premium Suite room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable and yes the pillows are some of the fluffiest I’ve ever felt. The bathroom was amazing as well! The view of the pier and beach was beautiful. The hotel is pretty much central to everything. Last but not least, the entire staff were all polite, patient and professional. I will definitely be back!!!

The hotel was well located, clean and organised, but for two consecutive days, staff went into my room with me sleeping, allegedly failed in the system, and it was a disturbing situation. Taking this slide all happened well and the staff were well educated!

This is a very good hotel! It has a great breakfast buffet, a great swimming pool, a great view of the beach, very nice beds, and a very peaceful location. The negative things I would say are very minor but they did make a difference for me. First, the staff were polite but not friendly. The hostesses at the breakfast buffet each morning were disappointing because they were the first staff I would see each day but they would never greet me and sometimes they would just coldly look me off. I stayed in a suite for 10 days, and these ladies knew it from their register, so for spending that much money I kind of expected a minimum amount of polite and respectful behavior. Second, the location is very peaceful but it is also a little far from other things so that might turn some people off. However, this is easily remedied by spending 3 to 4 bucks for an Uber. Third, I have been in windy locations but all night long the wind would whistle very loudly in my room. I feel like with a little TLC then the windows could be re-sealed or altered somewhat and this whistling issue would be completely resolved. If you are a light sleeper then this whistling wind issue might make it difficult to sleep. In summary, I really feel like this could be an excellent hotel if they would ask their staff to be friendly rather than just not rude.

We stayed in the hotel for over 7 days. It is located very close to the beach (across the street), the neighbourhood may not be the best one but you can easily get Uber ride to the city center. The hotel is well maintained and staff is nice and very friendly (especially Adriano from the restaurant/beach bar - was very responsive and always when needed). We defiantly recommend the place!

SSantosRaulWonderful stay... my wife didn't want to leave.
Although the hotel is not on the seafront, it is located just a few minutes from the coast. The Sugar Loaf market is approximately 50 meters from the hotel.
When we arrived, we were surprised with a room upgrade. We stayed in a suite overlooking the pool, on the top floor, with a shower and king size bed.
During moments of relaxation in the pool, we were served a fruit tray (complimentary).
All the staff treated us very well.
The 24-hour gym with quality equipment is a strong positive point.
Excellent breakfast, with fresh food and the option of freshly made tapioca.
You can see how detailed the management is.
I would recommend the hotel to a friend.

Adorei a infraestrutura: 3 elevadores que, em geral, atendem bem a demanda, quartos super espaçosos, chuveiro ótimo e varal no box, algo que todos os hotéis de praia deveriam ter! O restaurante tem boas opções, o café da manhã tem muita variedade e qualidade. Mas, o que realmente fez a diferença foi o atendimento excelente dos funcionários! Estive no Praia Centro em uma excursão de pessoas com deficiência visual. Eram aproximadamente 50 pessoas. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e eficientes ajudando tanto nas questões de locomoção, no momento do café e em outras solicitações. E um hotel que já está nos meus favoritos e eu certamente indico! Um ponto de melhoria seria colocar voz nos elevadores. Os mesmos já tem botões com identificação em braile. Mas, não da pra saber se o mesmo parou no andar correto por falta da voz.

AALEXANDRE FERNANDESAlthough it was a good hotel, some problems occurred in my hostel. On a day of cleaning my room, I received a dirty makeup towel, probably makeup by color, and that was very unpleasant. They could also have more food options in the morning coffee without gluten and without animal milk, and the hair dryer is also bad, and they could improve.
However, it is a hotel with excellent location, staff and a good general structure.

Faixada de entrada do hotel está horrível, não dá nem pra saber se é um prédio ou um hotel... Comprei um quarto com cama Queen e não existia cama Queen no hotel... Pra resolver eles juntaram duas camas de solteiro... como está na foto que tirei. Pedi uma toalha que estava faltando através do celular pq lá não tem telefone de quarto com a recepção, tive que descer pra buscar pq não tem funcionários pra levar ao quarto, o mesmo aconteceu com as malas... Café da manhã bem simples, poucas variedades. Piscina horrível, agua turva, não sei o que eles fizeram nas fotos... mas no booking parece até uma área legal, algumas partes tem grades pra proteção outras não, um perigo para as crianças... Chegamos às 14h pro check-in e um dos quartos ainda não estavam disponíveis... Pontos positivos: quartos amplos e espaçosos, cortinas escurecem bem o quatro, camas boas, bom banheiro, nada de luxo ou moderno... mas deu pra dormir bem.

Like all Brazilian hotels you can knock a couple of stars of the rating. This place had professional staff at the front desk, and one of them spoke English which was a big help. But the pool was a bit dirty and the place seemed a little soulless and run down. The breakfast was good, the wifi questionable, but the location is decent and it has the night market right out front. It was a fair price so I guess it's hard to complain

O APARTAMENTO É ESPAÇOSO, CAMA CONFORTÁVEL E CHUVEIRO EXCELENTE. NO GERAL VALEU A PENA, INCLUSIVE O CUSTO BENEFÍCIO. RECOMENDO.

É um hotel simples mas, sempre que chegávamos estava limpo, roupas de cama limpas e esticadas, o ar sempre ligado com um clima agradável já que faz muito calor na cidade. O café da manhã é bom com todas opções que se espera de um café da manhã em um hotel. De maneira geral é tudo absolutamente conforme o anunciado. Um ponto muito positivo é que é muito próximo a praia de Iracema. A pé são 2 minutos da praia onde é possível fazer caminhadas, andar pelo pier e tem mercados, farmácias tudo muito fácil acesso. Quanto a segurança, tomamos todas medidas de cuidados mas não fomos importunado em nenhum lugar de Fortaleza. Recomendo visitar o santuário Canaã estando em Fortaleza.

Excellent service , with very good breakfast, and with a price together, excellent location near the beach where you have a great footwear for sports like cooper, bike walking or walking, I will certainly use the services of the Rotorua Inn hotel again.
