Room was ok restroom wasn’t that clean it still had hair from previous guest. The shower was stopped up the water ran out slow while showering which caused the water to back up

It was okay for the price. Gave 3 stars because it could have been cleaner and my ac unit went out and started blowing heat while we were sleep. Had to unplug it to get it to cut off.

It was an amazing stay the only complaint I have was that we weren’t able to check in until super late in the evening so I felt like we missed out on some great chances to relax in the pool n just chill in our beautiful room n watch a movie. We were super disappointed by that fact. We really wanted more time. Maybe next time we won’t have any check in issues….. I hope. ;)

The lobby didn’t smell clean, the room had hair on towels, unknown substances on the carpet as well as confetti. The second room we were taken to smelled like animal urine. There were 3 dogs barking and or growling on in the hallway from the rooms. Stains on the sheet and no one came to change or bring a clean set of sheets.

So loud next door. I had to complain to front desk 3 times and they weren’t getting the situation under control. I’m staying here with my grandma and it is 3 am. Ridiculous and unbelievable

Newer hotel however it is dirty. Stains on all of the furniture in the room. Sheets were filthy, all the carpets throughout the hotel are stained. Several dogs started barking at 4:30am and continued through check out.

It was okay. The policy about the towels was lame. Guest have to bring dirty towels to the front desk for clean towels. Also the cleaning schedule was only three days a week so if you stay over the weekend we are on your own.
The breakfast needs to be rethought out. Eggs and sausage everyday. The staff was more worried about neighbouring hotel guess getting free breakfast than having a quality breakfast for paying guests. Management went overboard on signage about things prohibited. Everything is prohibited at this place. Not a horrible stay but could be better.
