Awful its pot luck to get a hot shower. Toilets are damp and cold. The method of cleaning includes hosing down the floor and leaving it soaking as a result even the toilet paper is damp ripping at every sheet. There is no disinfectant to mop out shower when you are finished. Fab view if you can see through the huge trees . The pitches are covered in miniscule tiny stones that get everywhere. They desperately need weeded. The bin recycling black bags all get flung in the back of a caged van. No idea how they tell what is in them to recycle.

It’s like staying in a car park and paying £60!! Booked and paid for 3 nights - it was so awful I left after 1! Dismal gravel area. No where to get a chair out but why would you when the pitches face the back of the toilets with a corrugated tin roof and the bins! Seasonal pitches are so unkept it’s so shabby. Facilities full of mildew mould and so dated - awful! Even a flashing strip light to add to it! Can’t walk from the site because it’s next to an industrial estate! Yes the location is good for Ben Nevis, Glen Finnan… and their lodges have fab views. Beautiful views from the loch edge. 2 staff were nice. But really £60 for the worst place I’ve stayed.

I stayed here for 4 nights in June. The site is friendly, clean, quiet and has the perfect view over the loch. The caravan itself was very clean and had all the equipment I needed for my stay. Being situated on the edge of Fort William, it is around a 10-15 minute drive into the town and to the shops. However, the site is very accessible to get to the Glenfinnan viaduct, and to the west coast of Scotland. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would definitely re-book this site again.

First time at Linnhe , travelled as family of 4 plus our dogs , location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area , my youngest son (8) and i took the opportunity to climb Ben Nevis via the tourist trail a short drive away . We had productive time fishing the Loch and also manged some paddle boarding , although be aware there is a strong current at times . The shower facilities were fine , Pitch was ideal with fantastic views up the Loch , The staff member on arrival was very helpful and friendly . We would definitely return , although I would spend more time exploring the North West area i.e. Arisaig and Mallaig , only 20 miles or so up the road , Fort William seemed a bit run down and I wouldn't rush to visit the town again.

I was in a Platinum Loch View caravan, and the view of the loch was fantastic. As soon as I arrived I saw a Heron land on the shore and was entertained by seals most days and an otter once. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and all staff I met on site were friendly. There is so much to do in the area.

This is one of the most beautiful campsites I have stayed on. The views over the loch are absolutely stunning. The grounds of the campsite are stunning - the work that has gone in to create these gardens is amazing. I felt as though I was in Cornwall when we visited last week. However this was the second time we have visited this site and the women’s toilet/shower block leaves a lot to be desired. Last time I thought it was maybe because the site was really busy and the weather wasn’t great but nothing had changed 2 years on. The floors were muddy and wet, the whole block is woefully outdated and just isn’t clean or working very well. The first shower I went in started working. I had just wet my hair and body when the water went off and would not come on again. The pipes were creaking and clunking. I then had to pack up my stuff, whilst wet and freezing and move to another cubicle. This one someone had taken the trap out of the drain and it was all clogged with long black strands of hair and had just been left on the side of the shower tray. I didn’t have a lot of choice so had to use this one. The shower curtains don’t look clean, and there are dead spiders (my worst nightmare) in the cubicles etc. I can put up with dated decor, but can’t put up with general dirtiness. I have never seen anyone in cleaning the showers and there are no mops etc to wipe the floors unlike most camp sites. There is also an awful smell - I think it may be the drains but am not sure. Overall not a good experience and it’s such a shame as this is one of the loveliest sites we have stayed on.

Clean tidy caravan park Nice scenery Caravans clean Down side is no one get internet I asked all around the park and no one gets it I was talking to a lady and this was her 3rd time here and she's ever hot Internet although we're meant to The other down side is you don't get many TV channels either Internet is a big one for me I wouldn't go back

You won't get a better view! Caravan was very clean; as was the site, everything needed in the accommodation. The staff were lovely and approachable. Lots of advice and recommendations given. Close to town. Amazing view of the train going through. Will return for a ski season as access close.

New to the world of campervaning and wanted to test my new toy. Picked linnhe Lochside holidays as not many places open at this time of year. It was a great trip, staff really friendly, facilities very good and an excellent view close to the water. I loved it and will definitely be back in the warmer weather if not before.
