Staff members were courteous and friendly. While the city is not one of my favorites, I wouldn’t have any problem staying there again if I had to visit again for any reason

I was first given a room in Room 443. I noticed the top of the linen closest to the AC was dirty. My wife noticed that something smelled around the bed. I also smelled an odor so I called the front desk to check it out. The clerk at the front desk offered us another room. So we moved into Room 460. We saw hairs in the shower and the floor of the bathroom. Entrying the room was hard as you have push down the handle very hard in order for it to work.
Also, the clerk was nice enough to switch the room but I have say he was very unkempt in his appearance. Particularly, the shirt he was wearing was worn with holes at the bottom of his shirt. Just not a good look for the face of the hotel.
I feel the hotel is in need of a renovation. I have seen other IHG properties in traveling years ago that have better quality than this hotel.

Employee knocked on my door and open immediately without giving me a chance to answer. I don’t think that’s in company policy. My wife could’ve been in the restroom and that wouldn’t have turned out good.

There was a large amount of blood splattered on the carpet as if someone was walking around bleeding. It was a literal trail of blood stains. The dead roach was also an awesome part of the room. He spent the night with me. I would have switched rooms but it was pretty booked and I also didn’t want to tamper with more evidence of a crime scene. Also, the area is sketchy as an etch a sketch. I would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn though, which is where I ended up staying after my flight was canceled. I hope that the roach is enjoying the afterlife, we were really cool.

Was not impressed - rooms not stocked with body wash - hotel was out! Then breakfast items were out - no milk- ran out of some Of the food items. The cook lady was rude and yelled at my daughter. Lots of Noise in the rooms!! Was really hard
To sleep well. There was also a terrible smell around the outside and down some of the halls inside! Would

We were iffy at first when we reserved our room as we found different reviews, but the room/hotel was amazing. It was clean, very large, and the bed was SUPER comfortable! There were only a few things my husband and I did not like. One was the water pressure in the (oh so roomy!!) shower could have been better. The elevator was slow (oh well) and they were out of caffeinated coffee (which was much needed after our 12 hour drive!). Otherwise, it was a really good stay, we would definitely recommend as we were there for our son’s basic graduation from Fort Sill. I will put this on their page as a great place to stay.

Was not good. Smells really bad. Very dirty carpet. Overall not kept up. Could be a nice hotel if kept up. Only thing good was the workers are friendly.

First cleaning sevice was wonderful. Second day not so good, dirty towels were not taken away and no clean towels were left. we had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. There weren't enough towels left. We were a party of five, two adults, three children and only two towels were left. everything else was good. The breakfast was great, very good!!
