Was told I had to pay $150 deposit but on the receipt it shows $100 either way it was supposed to be a king suite with a jacuzzi bathtub and I was given a clean room upon checking in when I asked him about the suite they gave me a king suite but told me that a Jacuzzi bathtub was not available only in the presidential suite!? :/

Hotel in Flughafennähe, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Abgewohnt und vor allem sehr hellhörig. Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, aus dem Wasserhahn kam nur ein Rinnsal.

一直住這家，性價比挺高。 洗手枱跟衞生間分離，房間插座也挺多。有微波爐和冰箱，可以加熱食物。有機場穿梭巴士可以免費接送。

Nós só paramos para dormir. Acomodações boas, limpas e confortáveis, só parece que havia cheiro de cigarro impregnado no quarto.
Interação para reserva e registro no check in muito fácil e atendimento bom dos funcionários.

Towel rack was barely hanging on the wall. Picked up a towel and the rack came out of the wall with large holes already behind it which tells me it has been that way for quite some time. Mildew in the shower and shower liner was very old and dingy looking. Issues were mainly in the bathroom

This hotel has a ATM style check in kiosk with a live stream screen on top. You are checked in by a live person who is not on site. I was traveling alone and was checking in at along with two other groups. It felt very unsafe when the livestream guy told me that my room was right up on the second floor outside the elevator. He didn't give this description to the couple of guys that checked in ahead of me, just told them that the room number was on the print out. None of the other guests were threatening or anything, but as a solo female traveler, you learn to watch our for yourself. I went up to the room, yep, right outside the elevator and was overcome with a feeling of discomfort, just didn't feel safe. I went back down, but the kiosk was still checking in the other two guys. So, I just left. Not worth sleeping with one eye open. I called ********** after I found another place to stay with an onsite staff and Best Western said, nope, nothing we can do. Still worth losing $200 to feel safe though. Maybe they're still sorting though how to make guests feel safe with this ne technology, but in the meantime, they should inform guests about this process. And never ever say out loud to a solo traveler: "here's where your room in".

My room was nice and quiet even though I was next to the elevator. Must’ve been recently painted but the job was messy in my room. Could’ve used a light in the kitchenette area. Front desk people were friendly but it was difficult to understand them due to their strong accent. They were patient with repeating instructions for me.
