Old motel turn into a Kimpton

I took my daughter on a mother daughter trip. We stayed only 1 night. The hotel staff went above and beyond. They were so incredibly helpful! They allowed us to check in early the day we arrived and even allowed a late checkout the following day! They were so helpful getting the free bike rental, even brought a toothbrush to my room when I realized I had forgotten mine. Amazing staff.
This hotel was cute, very close to the beach and not to far to get to shops. We didn't have a carso we walked or rode bikes everywhere. It's an older hotel, the floors have not been updat, but the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, the staff were incredibly kind and considerate, rooftop pool was amazing - had dj and great food/ drinks. Not a huge hotel so easy to get around quickly. Lovely place to do yoga in am and unlimited bottle water in gym - 1 block from beach - would definitely go back and recommend to other

Nice hotel with a boutique vibe. Fantastic location within a few minutes walking distance to the beach. Had a ground floor room, no view and noisy due to other guests walking by and talking loud late at night. Would stay again if I needed a pre-cruise hotel. Rooftop pool was a nice surprise.

本來因為之前住了曼谷和蘇州兩家金普頓，印象極佳，這回到美國旅行連着訂了幾家同品牌酒店，沒想到第一家就踩雷了，急忙把後面訂的金普頓同品牌酒店都退了。主要問題是房間極為侷促，連攤開一個行李箱的空間都沒有。換了兩間房都是如此。裝修雖新，卻很粗糙廉價。衞生間水壓很小，洗個澡也不暢快，唉，真心是敗壞了金普頓這個新品牌的口碑。還好衹住一個晚上，第二天一早趕快退房走人。

The hotel pool is completely shaded. The rooftop pool is absolutely gorgeous, amazing views and beautiful pool. But it leased from the condos. The hotel is only 2 levels and it’s old and musty. Room size was nice. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, nice and helpful.

This is my third time at the Shorebreak and it’s an excellent experience for the price. Love the vibe of the resort and restaurants. Love the morning yoga on the beach, available bikes for use, pools, gym and location. Housekeeping could be a bit better (we were there for a week and had to ask for the floor to be swept). The upper pool is shared with residents in the adjoining building and they abuse reserving chairs by leave a towel and not showing up for hours. Staff is very friendly. Downstairs pool was actually too hot on this trip.

Nice property. Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly. Decent restaurant on site. Be warned though, they only offer valet parking and it's not cheap. Also, no fault of the hotel but traffic in that area is a nightmare.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Loved our stay. Everyone was kind- the staff, restaurant workers, and other guests. Immaculate vibes at the rooftop pool and super convenient spot at the beach. Would definitely stay there again!
