Very clean and nice place to stay if you want to be around all the attractions and by the beach!

Amazing place, so worth the money! Will be back again! Best deal in the area!

There were people outside, around the pool, at 3 a.m. being extremely loud & yelling. People, from their rooms, yelled at them & asked them to be quiet, as people were trying to sleep. I called the front desk & got no response; the phone rang & rang & rang to no avail.

First room we were given was filthy and stank of stale cigarette smoke. Second wasn't much better but it was only for one night. And we paid way to much at $177 for a Friday night. Receptionist was very friendly and let me use her phone in the morning we left to ring next hotel

The front desk guy was an awesome. So was the staff. They all work very hard. I was not fond of the hotel manager. We got the honeymoon suite for the hot tub and space. The space was good but hot tub filled with yellow water. The manager had the nerve to tell me the water is yellow in the area. They are surrounded by high rise condos. I’m quite sure the water isn’t yellow like urine everywhere. I just left him after that bc how can you reason with someone who has the nerve to say that without any other customer service response. . And if that’s somehow true, well then clearly tell people that BEFOREHAND so they can make an informed decision. No one is hot tubbing in urine looking water idc what the environment causes.

Appalling Service and Absolutely Repulsive! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I encountered at this god awful hotel/motel Upon arriving, it became evident that the provided accommodations did not align with the favorable reviews we had seen. Dishearteningly, what was advertised as a hotel appeared more like a motel. We promptly decided not to stay and sought assistance from the individual at the front desk, who assured us that our reservation would be canceled. Regrettably, this situation took an alarming turn when we discovered that misinformation had been relayed to *******, falsely indicating that we had checked in. Such deceptive practices are both unacceptable and deeply concerning. I feel compelled to dispute the charges associated with my reservation through my credit card provider, and report this god awful place. The establishment has an unpleasant odor, and the service quality is subpar.

It was a convenient stay, close to the beach and restaurants. Obviously the area and building is old, but they did well renovating it to make it a nice stay. I would stay again

The floor was very slippery in the room due to high humidity. The other weird safety issue was the hair dryer plugged in right next to the shower. This easily could become a hazard.

The room was run down, and smelt like mold and smoke. Front desk refused to offer me another room. I ended up leaving and found another hotel. Staff did not seem to care.
