Issues with checking in. I tried to check in without going to the front desk using their Hilton Honors app. But I still had to go to the front desk. Just took some time. I did try and call the day before, but was told they did not know why and would have to go to the front desk when we arrived. They should have been more efficient and find someone who new. The issue was I did not have a credit card on file and that could have been easliy rectified on that phone call. The room was OK. Could have been vacumed more thoroughly, since we found small pieces of glass. Not enough to really cause any damage to your feet.
