Close to cruise port and good customer service. The hotel rooms are very dated and need a face lift especially at 425.00 a night

Was quiet a challenge getting checked in. We arrived at 9:30 am and didn’t get in until 3:30. Supposedly they had been texting us. Never got anything until I finally got up from the chair and said is there nothing ready yet. Unacceptable. I still haven’t received those texts

Stayed for one night after our cruise. The property is VERY dated and in need of remodel. The couch was very dated. For the price, which was very high, I definitely would not stay there again.

Issues with checking in. I tried to check in without going to the front desk using their Hilton Honors app. But I still had to go to the front desk. Just took some time. I did try and call the day before, but was told they did not know why and would have to go to the front desk when we arrived. They should have been more efficient and find someone who new. The issue was I did not have a credit card on file and that could have been easliy rectified on that phone call. The room was OK. Could have been vacumed more thoroughly, since we found small pieces of glass. Not enough to really cause any damage to your feet.

The hotel is located in a good place for people that are foing to cruise. There is a shuttle available for a fee. The property needs some renovation, breakfast was good and afternoon reception, 2 drinks included.

One night stay in advance of a cruise to Panama.
Attempting to get breakfast at 8:50am, we were informed by extremely rude staff the breakfast was not served after 9am. I pointed out it wasn’t 9am yet. Received an incoherent response and pointing and hand gestures. Even the coffee machine was locked. This property is literally a stone’s throw from the cruise terminal. They must know the earliest check in at terminal is 11am and so management obviously made the decision to shutdown all services to save money. Would never recommend the hotel.
