Customer service was great . I understand the concern of having your pet with you while traveling. I think they should be on the floor .

Our room that we had requested was not available but they had “upgraded” us to a king suite. We had a teenage son with us who had to sleep on the pull out sofa. When we opened the sofa the mattress was very stained and dirty. I did let the front desk know and we canceled our reservation for the second night. The front desk lady was very nice and understanding. She apologized several times. The condition of the room nor the booking was her fault. The view from the upgraded king suite.

We rented a king room and got 2 doubles, the gal at the front desk comp us breakfast. Great but they were out of everything at 8:00 am. Glad we didn’t at for the breakfast.

Employees were nice. Breakfast was small and the worker hovered. The rooms were nice but not detailed cleaned - walls and baseboards were gross.

They gave our room away. We arrived after 11 hours of driving, only to find they did not have a room for us. Well, actually they first checked us in and gave me a room key. We then unloaded our things and our dogs, walked to the room and the key would not work. Turns out, there was already someone in the room. And they had NO OTHER rooms. We had a reservation! After 45 mins of standing there watching the lady at the front desk click on her keyboard, I finally asked her if she was going to have a room for us, and she said no. Just handled so badly. Shameful!

I was only supposed to stay 3 nights here and wound up extending my stay twice so I was there over two weeks. The staff hospitality exceeded all the previous places I have stayed at combined. Our room was phenomenal and it seemed like there was always someone there making sure everything was clean. Have you ever been so impressed with some of the staff that you took them out to dinner to show your appreciation? Me either until I met Ray and Kyressya. If you are planning on staying in Forsyth, this is a must stay place!

The property was average. When I arrived, I was told the water would be off for a repair for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. The water was off for 3 hours. The room I was given was unsecured and extremely cold as I found one of the windows partially open. The workout room lacks the ability to engage in a free weight session. The breakfast was not tasty, and coffee was not available one of the mornings. Staff was very nice expect the one occasion I asked if they have a travel hairspray and the front counter representative gave me an unprofessional look that made me feel like my request was crazy.
