Good value for money and location close to shops which was a good think because on both occasions that we stayed, despite ordering breakfast on the first occasion it arrived minus the raisen toast and on the second occasion did not arrive at all. Explanation was ”Oh sorry” and nothing else. Bit disappointing really.

The room was clean and neat, had everything that we needed for our 3 nights stay in Forster. Beds were super comfy that we had good sleep. Could hear sounds from neighbouring rooms when the hair dryer is on or talking, but not exceptionally loud. Overall we were happy with our stay and would book again in the future!

We booked for three nights and stayed with two other couples. The rooms were clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. Room was serviced daily and everything was replenished. The pool area was clean and a number of people went swimming. Separate area for smokers away from the pool and BBQ area. Big shout out to Michelle for her service. Thank you.

I stayed at Bella Villa with my partner and our sick 2 year old daughter. We were in our way home from a wedding in Byron Bay and had been driving all day with a toddler. The room was clean and comfortable, and after a walk to grab some dinner and stretch our legs we settled in early for the night. It was quiet and we had all we needed for a cup of tea and hot shower before heading off early the next day. After arriving back in Sydney the next day and unpacking from the trip I realised I’d lost my wallet! I called Bella Villa and they found it in a drawer, and sent it back to me via express post that very day. I’m so appreciative of the exceptional customer service and will definitely stay there again!

We stayed for 2 nights at the Deluxe room. The property is centrally located, with attractions in Forster at a walk-able distance. The room had all the amenities that one would expect in a standard motel - microwave, fridge, sink, cutlery etc. The bed was comfortable & we had a peaceful stay. Overall a pleasant stay & we would love to stay here again.

Smugglers Cove Holiday Village is situated in Forster 32km from Taree and 4 hours from Sydney. Free Private parking available on-site. All cabins are self-contained and have a TV and DVD player. There is also a kitchenette, fitted with a microwave, toaster and fridge. Booked a 3 night stay in a 2 bed apartment on Level 9 (beach facing) PROS: - Easy booking and check-in process - Convenient and secure parking underneath the building - Apartment stocked with most creature comforts from home and the kitchen is fully equipped - Free Wi-Fi - Very easy access to the beach and shops by foot - Snacks for sale in the community room and access to DVDs and books - Comfy beds with several pillow options - Laundry facilities within apartment were great - Modern, fresh décor with apartment clean and tidy on arrival - Spacious balcony, big outdoor table and lots of seating CONS: - Use of cool white light bulbs in apartment was awful and they were too bright. Made the unit feel cold and stark. - Pool is not heated, was too cold to dip a toe in. Don’t think the spa works as water is same temp as the pool. - Morning light comes in through the bedroom blinds, curtains would be nice - Very noisy at night with the traffic below. Have to close sliding doors and windows to watch TV. - Guests are charged for pool towels - Lack of privacy at night with guests in hotels across the road able to see into your apartment

The management of this park could not give a care about other people or there children . This wy the management hired out the camp kitchen to a dog group from Saturday till Sunday so thay could have dogs in the kitchen and we the campers where tolled to get out as thay have hired it so no one else could use it I made a complaint to management and thay agreed its wrong and should not be allowed to have dogs in the kitchen that rule apply s to every other camper we where also tolled that David and his wife don't care as thay say the camp kitchen it not there for our convenience and we only pay for a site and he can shut and hire it out when ever he likes what an attitude iam also talking with the owners of the discovery parks and thay feel it is unacceptable behaviour from management the camp kitchen is ther for all campers to use and thay have no right to ban others because of there don't care attitude very disappointed and will not return will the management is still there even the water park for children he shuts that on Sundays so he can bring back his soccer team and have a barbecue and drinks in there but no one else can do the same again selfish and inconsiderate to the people paying to go there head office in south Australia will be looking at the comments I have made and will won't a response from the inconsiderate management of foster discovery park
