Awesome scenery, the room size is small. It is difficult to pass after opening the big box. The hotel is building a new swimming pool. Because it is difficult to go to other places to eat, dinner is expensive.

Just back from wonderful 5 night stay to celebrate our friends birthday. We had 2 rooms superior lake view rooms with balcony. The rooms were clean, big and had a fridge the balcony accommodated all 5 of us for evening sun downers. The staff were friendly, kind and informative and went out of their way to help us have a good time. The restaurant had great pizzas and the 4 course evening menu was extensive and far too much but usually always something to enjoy. Luca and team in the restaurant worked so hard but always with a smile. The situation of the hotel couldn’t be better fantastic views and easy walk to centre where you can explore the old town, marina, bars and shops. We had a beautiful day taking the boat to the island in the lake, Monte Isola few hours there a beer and a walk which is a must. The boat gave us glimpses of other villages on the lake as it did drop offs. All in all a great break and would recommend.

The worst hotels I have ever found in my life, not so much for the look, but for staff and management. We book for Easter 3 rooms of which 2 triple plus 3 culles and 1 single with dinner included, we arrive in the morning where a boy at the reception confirms that dinner was there despite all the scripts that Sunday was closed. A wonderful place to stay in a most beautiful part of Italy. Our room had brilliant views over the lake. Perfectly comfortable and clean room.
