Located within a private residence of semi-detached houses with independent access and garden in the Lido area of the municipality of Fondi, along the coastal strip between Sperlonga and Terracina. Villa Lena has the charm of the comfortable and functional house that is developed all on one floor surrounded by a garden with lawn. It has independent heating and is suitable for holidays all year round. Only 150 mt on foot you will find the white sandy beach, with equipped areas for bathing and free beaches. About 1 km from the shopping centre, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. Because of its location, a car is advisable to move easily in the area.

Villa Lena consists of a large air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed, TV, kitchenette with oven, 5 burner stove and refrigerator complete with freezer, a bathroom with shower. A double bedroom and a small bedroom with 2 beds. The outdoor area is lovely, with a covered patio equipped with table and chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue. The property has a parking space and is completely fenced off.
Ideal for those who like to have the sea just a few steps away and at the same time have nearby beautiful tourist centres: Terracina (Km 6) with the remains of Roman and medieval times, the port, the long white sandy beaches and outside the city, on top of Mount Sant'angelo, the ancient sanctuary of Jupiter Anxur. Sperlonga is 10 km away with its characteristic historical centre, marina and sandy beaches; Gaeta (Km 25) with its monuments, the Park of Monte Orlando with its Bourbon military strongholds and beautiful beaches.
Rome and Naples can be reached in just over an hour. Ferries to the Pontine islands from Terracina.
