第一次遇到這麼差的服務，前一個客人不知道什麼原因，辦理個入住，弄了快一個小時，催她快點，滿臉不高興😠，回答説就是這樣子了了！我12點進來到辦理好，接近25分鐘，（可以看大廳監控）；等我上去二樓後找207怎麼找都找不到，大概找了15分鐘左右原來房卡是202.原來前台寫的是狂草（下圖） ，好不容易找到了207，門居然刷不開，樓上沒找到可以聯繫前台的電話，又坐電梯下來，問什麼原因，保安給前台説這個202這幾天都用不了，前台啥也沒説，拿筆又狂草一下，下圖下↓，反正又是一臉不高興😠～不知道如此連鎖酒店能招到如此差服務員，上崗難道不需要培訓下嗎，親～難道廠裏又是你表哥？
