Good value for money. very clean, very good food for breakfast, and very good location, walking to the beach and the main beach front street furnitures are old but clean. air con works well. you may want to bring your own toiletry you may want to bring an iPad as their TV won't have much English choices. the swimming pool is amazing, pool side reading is good.

Avoid this hotel. Warning to all foreigner's out there. As they here in Türkiye refer to us as "Yabancı". I'm not alone. A number I've talked with, including English people have said how they have been scammed by this hotel. Had yet another run in again tonight when I spoke with them over not being able to access the internet. I admit to shouting due the standards and care for customers displayed in this hotel. He told me to "go". My response, "happy to if you refund what's owing on what I paid" Ignored, no response. Honestly, think twice before booking here, especially non residents of Türkiye. They treat their own differently, that's for sure. I have recently stayed in this hotel. Booked for two weeks with breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel. Told I wasn't in the main hotel, but in annex across the road. They advised that my room was on the first level with a stairwell I had to climb to get there. Something I would not have booked knowingly as I use a walker as part of my mobility aide. They advised that they knew I would struggle seeing me use my walker but they would attempt to move me into the main hotel. My biggest mistake. Not refusing this suggestion immediately. I shouldn't have accepted their lies and deceitfulness. Despite being told to return tomorrow, which continued on each visit to their reception for a further four days, I was never provided the room in the main hotel they said they would try and provide. I explained on several occasions how difficult it was trying to climb the stairs to access the room and my nearly losing my balance and falling on a number of occasions, but this had no bearing in their efforts to re-accommodate me. I ended up asking if I could get a refund, or what would happen if I sued for injury and his response was " you booked an economy room and we provided the room, we're not responsible so go ahead". I would not have booked this room if it had been made clear in their advertising that they had an annex which did not offer elevator service or disability access, knowing that I would have struggled. They do have an elevator in their main hotel area, but again this barely fitted me and my walker inside. Another issue was their hygiene in their restaurant. I observed children putting their hands through and picking up food that we were all expected to eat from, and not using the utensils provided. I also observed adults taking loaves of bread, cutting what they wanted or picking up uncut portions of bread, deciding if they wanted it or not and throwing it back into the bread compartment of the servery for what was available for all guest use at their meal. Nothing like what I had observed in the other hotels in Türkiye during recent stays where a staff member, being gloved, put the bread into individual baskets for each guest attending for the meal, so they could take their own basket. At least in this situation health and hygiene was being practiced as well as these hotels were able. Unlike Hotel Malhun wh

I arrived at this hotel to the news that I was not allocated a room in the hotel as I was lead to believe I would be when booking the hotel as I needed an elevator. If I was allocated an upstairs room due to my medical condition and use of wheely-walker aide. Instead being told I was in their annex across the road. They said that there was stairs that I would have to climb to get upto the 1st level room, but they would try and put me into a room in the main hotel. I was advised to check with them for three continuous days in a row without ever being given the room as they said they would do. Despite me explaining how difficult I was finding using the stairs getting up and down and that I have also lost my balance and nearly fallen on several occasions. On my last attempt to try and have the issue resolved I inquired if I would be refunded if I left to go to another hotel and I was told to deal with the company I booked with, but issues with my phone have caused this to be a further problem. I also told them I would sue them around the room and any fall or injury that might occur and I was told "we said that we would try to accommodate you in the hotel because we saw you using your walker as a way to try and help, we have provided a room as was required in your booking". I have no issue with the room being an economy room and know that was what I booked, but I was in no part of the booking advised it was in an annex with no elevator. I would not have made the booking if I had know this was the case. Other things. Had booked bed and breakfast. Was quicly put off evening going to their dining room due to so.e of the lack of hygiene observed and kids using their hands touching through or grabbing food instead if using provided utensils to take their food items. And adults picking up and throwing around on the bread table the bread others were expected to eat. Was not cut by gloved staff member and put in individual bread baskets for each person to take, like was done in my last hotel stay here in Ölüdeniz for two weeks, before coming to this hotel. Overall the support, care or help shown by the staff was appalling and the hygiene definitely left a lot to be desired. Would definitely advise anyone with mobility issues to avoid this place at all costs. Definitely lacking in disability accessibility. Even the live was barely big enough to take myself and my walker up to the dining room on the couple of occasions I did before I observed the hygiene standards. Definitely won't be staying the booked two weeks. A complete waste of money. My advise bypass this hotel. Much better hotels in close proximity if you want to be in this area of Fethiye/çalış.

Didn’t stay at the hotel but used the Hamam (Turkish bath and massage). Best in the area, and Sefa gives the best massage. Visited 3 times over my holiday, and took my sister too. She agrees with me, for once! Visited solo which was a bit brave, but was shown total respect throughout
