The owner/responsible person was very rude with us and last day 09:30 was knocking at our door to tell us we have to make the check out, when on the reception say 10:30

Location was EXCELLENT in the since of being able to easily walk to many attractions and meet-up spots for tours. There was a lot of noise from the street with our particular room, but I feel that comes from being in a busy area. Very clean, even having to share a bathroom with others. Check in is a little confusing. Initially, finding it is challenging. A good way to remember is it is across and down from the Korean restaurant. Breakfast has some frustrations. Lovely pastries and coffee, but the timing during which it is served is not convenient if you have a tour booked at 9. They are almost never actually there at 8, and you can’t just grab and go. Recommend starting breakfast at least at 7 so tours and travelers can partake without stress.

It was the best time I've ever had. The hotel staff lady was warm and welcoming. It was a great meeting! They were kind to us from Japan. I would like to use this hotel again when I go back to Florence! Thank you for seeing me off on the last day! Chaobella

Very nice bed and breakfast type place, very quiet in a good location with in the city. Staff and hosts were very nice and checking in and out was easy. Clean rooms are basic but nice.

We were looking for One night stays in Florence. Chose this place as the location was perfect just a few minutes away from everything you need to do in Florence! Staff was friendly and helpful. We paid extra cash €11 for a city tax on arrival (a night for 2 people), which was common in Italy. The hall way had a very strong damp and mould SMELL. It was actually smelled through the bedroom. We had to cover the door gap with a towel. Made us couldn’t sleep at all! We couldn’t open the window because of the noise and mosquitoes. No air conditioning but nice enough with a modern ceiling fan but still way too hot in the Summer months. The bed room and bathroom themselves were clean BUT the shower area and especially a shower HEAD was covered with a thick black mould!! We skipped the breakfast as we wanted to leave. This is a budget B&B and purely based on my experience. In the future I will pay a little more for a nice hotel!

Budget B&B. The best about this property was the location! We stayed at double bed en-suite which was actually clean. The bed room and bathroom were clean but the shower area and shower head covered with thick black mould! The building has a very strong damp smell, that even lingered in hallway and into the bedroom making it hard to sleep. Check in was easy enough and staff were pleasant and helpful. The door access was easy with no trouble! If someone looking for great location and don’t care about the rest, this is for you!

AVOID AT ALL COST! This is the first time I ever write a review because I want to warn other guests. Terrible experience. The room I was given was extremely noisy and I could barely sleep all night. Even when the window is closed, it sounds like it is open and you hear everything that happens in the street (people shouting, garbage trucks, etc). Additionally, the whole building is not well isolated meaning that if somebody enters at night or uses the bathroom you will hear it as well. Essentially, it was nearly impossible to sleep. Plus, in the morning, when I showered I got 2 mins of warm water and then straight cold water. The next day, in the morning, I mentioned the noise issue to the manager and asked her to checkout a day early and get a refund for the night I am not using. There was no point for me to sleep there again with all the noise. They refused to refund me the 120 euros night, despite me having valid reasons to leave. I still went to another hotel and therefore lost the 120 euros. The place is fully booked and I am pretty sure they will be able to rent my room again, hence making twice the money. This is borderline scammy.

Avoid at all costs! All the negative reviews here were correct. Don’t believe the pictures. We had booked this place and couldn’t stay in it. The stone steps up to it are v dangerous, narrow and steep. The alleyway leading to it is not safe. We took one look at the room and booked in elsewhere. We lost two nights money. The host refused to answer messages.
