Adorámos o Hotel! Fica perto da estação de comboios, excelente localização, muitos locais para comer, os funcionário muito atenciosos e educados, bom pequeno-almoço! Ótima limpeza. Esperamos voltar em breve

Hotel fantástico. Muito bem localizado, perto do Duomo . Limpeza, troca diária de toalhas, simpatia dos funcionários . Qualidade do pequeno almoço. Ótima relação qualidade preço. Rodeado de bons restaurantes.

Hotel muito bem localizado, staff muito simpático, bom pequeno almoço. Instalações um bocado antiquadas, nomeadamente a casa de banho do quarto. Casa de banho, no caso do quarto single, bastante pequena. Cama e colchão razoáveis. Amenities básicos disponibilizados - champô e sabonete.

O hotel Benci é muito bom, fica em San Lorenzo esquina com via Faenza, ou seja, perto de tudo, do Duomo, do Mercado , da SM Novella. O cafe é muito bom, o quarto limpo e quieto. Os funcionarios sao super atenciosos, ja sabiam meu quarto quando eu chegava dos passeios, troca de toalhas diariamente, excelente atendimento.

This is a sweet little hotel in a great location, perfect for easy access to the train and the tram to the airport, (only a 5 minutes walk). It is also central for sightseeing with a huge selection of restaurants within 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and super helpful, Our room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the square which was fairly busy but not noisy. The room comes with a safe, a refrigerator and closet with hangers. Breakfast was OK but could us more variety, and fresh fruit. If I could improve anything it would be to include face cloths and a shelf to put soap or shampoo in the shower. The bed could have been a bit softer. All in all a very good experience.

Fantastic hotel, perfectly placed for a easy tram transfer from the airport, less than 10 min walk from the last stop. Very friendly staff, especially the English gentleman working there. Our room was recently renovated and was top notch, brand new everything. The bathroom, small but excellent and the shower was brilliant. The room (409) top floor over looked the Medici Chapel and a small square that had a cafe and restaurant. Once the excellent double glazed windows were closed it blocked out 99% of the street noise. The hotel is located perfectly for exploring the city, just around the corner the market and leather market. The Duomo is 5 min walk away. Breakfast is wonderful, great selection and what a beautiful room to have breakfast in. All the staff were extremely pleasant and always smiling. I wouldn't normally write a review but this hotel and staff definitely deserve a good review. Can not recommend enough.

The hotel made a crucial contribution to our wonderful short vacation! The friendliness of the staff, the top location, the cleanliness, the delicious breakfast and just a 5-minute walk to the airport - fantastic. Of course, such a centrally located hotel is not in a quiet location. However, the super-insulated double windows combined with one of the best air conditioning systems of all time make the city trip unrivaled in comfort. We were absolutely happy after four nights and can only warmly recommend Palazzo Benci. However, if you are traveling by car, you should definitely find out beforehand about access routes and times, as well as parking options.

I just spent 3 nights at the Hotel Palazzo Benci in Florence. The location was excellent and I was able to walk from the train station to the hotel easily and tour all the sites in the historic district. The employees were kind and always greeted me with a smile. I wish there had been a way to use the AC in the room because it heated up to almost 80F in the room. I tried opening the windows for stretches of time, including when I was gone. However it was impossible to sleep with them open because the bedroom is over a alley with bars and restaurants they have people there until 3am. the ear plugs I brought and used were not enough to dampen the noise with the windows ajar. I asked for a sheet, but that was never brought up. I managed to roll myself like a burrito with the flat sheet while staying there because the only alternative was a comforter. I would consider another hotel unless I could get confirmation that AC would be operational which I would assume is in use for the summer.

Everything was wonderful! Very welcoming from the moment I stepped into the lobby…a gentleman named Chris was working the overnight shift and made the check in seamless. Made sure to let me know if there was anything needed he will make sure to take care of it. Room was the perfect size, a/c worked great. The breakfast and coffee are a perfect start to a day in Florence. Can’t beat the location as well. I will definitely make it the place I stay when visiting Florence in the future.
