O hotel não tem a melhor localização, mas também não é ruim. Há uma vantagem de ser próxima à estação ferroviária. Em geral as instalações são boas e limpas.

위치가 역이랑 가까워서 매우 편리했고 직원들이 너무 친절합니다. 시설도 깨끗해서 잠도 잘 왔고 가격도 너무 합리적이었어요
허니문으로 숙박했는데 가성비 짱이에요

This hotel is perfect for a nice couples getaway. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is nice and clean. The location is perfect, close to the train station and a short walk to the middle of town. Hard to fault this place.

Brand new hotel, steps away from the central station. Walking distance to the centre of the city and all the tourist areas. A metro stop also right our the front. The spa facilities was a great bonus to discover

這真是有點意外的酒店～ 性價比極高，而且我住4樓還可以看到百花大教堂的穹頂～
優點：離火車站不遠，而且從機場去有直通的tram，離the mall的大巴車也走路可達。
早餐尚可，房間隔音也可，雖然房內不大但一應俱全設計還很現代。雖然臨街，但晚上還有可以，白天會有點過車聲。
缺點：離市中心走路要遠點，還要穿越火車站反正要提高警惕，以及房間比較新，我個人對味道很敏感，不通風的話還有裝修的新味道
所謂的水療就是可以做SPA，但需要另付費

Highly recommended this hotel if you are going to stay in Florence. Perfect location, 3 mins walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Wonderful rooms with good air conditioning, super tidy and neat. Delicious breakfast with a big variety of choices. Excellent view of Florence from the roof top (photos attached)
Highly highly recommended. Shall 100% choose this hotel if I will visit Florence again in the future!

房間的佈局跟酒店披露的照片嚴重不符，以至於都不能認為房間面積有披露的17平方米。
衞生間也很小，雖然是家庭房，或許衹能適合二大一小的家庭組合。
客房的外側是一個軌道交通站，噪音比較大。
相比這個房間，這家酒店性價比極低。

Modern hotel located not far from the Main Train Station and directly across the street from the Tram to the airport. Very clean rooms with brand new furnishings, super comfortable. Staff was friendly and super helpful, especially when dealing with some very unpleasant customers staying at the hotel.
I would most certainly stay here again.
