B&B Hotel Delle Tele

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, accommodations were great. Location was in an area that was very walkable and attractions were close by. I would recommend staying here if you are in the Florence area.

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised with the hotel! We were warmly greeted and kindly treated. The location was superb! It’s in walking distance to many of the points of interests that brought us to Florence. We liked the hotel so much that we kept extending our stay. The train station and the underground are in walking distance for our day trips. We appreciated the artwork in the rooms. Grateful for the lift there when dealing with luggage. We felt safe and secure. The people at the front desk provided helpful advice. The only thing is that I wish the air conditioner worked better. I’d definitely would return to Florence and stay here again. It couldn’t happen soon enough! Eileen

Hotel was a little tired and could do with some renovations, however it was clean and comfortable in the room and close to restaurants and railway station was a good point.

The pictures of the hotel are very misleading. The rooms my group and I stayed in are run down and in need of serious renovation. The room's electrical sockets in the wall were loose and didn’t work. None of the minibar fridges worked. The windows in the bathroom were missing curtains, and the window glass is not one-way. And, in room 35, the sink plumbing was held together with duct tape. It was an unpleasant experience for my entire group. It certainly wasn't worth the 3-star hotel price. We will not be returning there ever again.

The hotel room pictures on ******* are misleading to what the rooms actually look like. Very small and need to be update. Convenient location but I would not recommend. Mold was growing in the shower. Air conditioning didn’t work.

This accomodation is well located, about 7-10 minutes walking distance from Santa Maria di Novella train station. It's a historical building so the lift only fits for two or three people, otherwise you have to go up the spiral stairs. We stayed here from June 9-11 and were pleasantly greeted by Vincent on reception(third floor of the building), who also showed us our quadruple room; it looked right into busy Via Panzani, but no noise bothered us from outside and we had peace and quiet on our sleep. This room is ideal for families because it has two bedrooms so it gives couples some privacy. Our teens had two twins and here comes the weird configuration: although the toilet and bathroom sink was situated right in the middle of both bedrooms, you had to walk into the twin bedroom in order to get into the shower, thankfully the shower was comfortable and toiletries were decent so for two nights we did'nt mind that much. Our fare also included basic breakfast and dinner at two nearby restaurants only a few meters from the hotel. From 7pm, reception is closed so the only way you could get inside is by entering a code. We felt safe and secured the entire stay, rooms were dated but clean and location couldn't be better, everything was at walking distance: shops, restaurants, Santa Maria dei Fiore Cathedral, Galleria della Accademia, Ponte Vecchio, and even the bus stop for Pisa tours.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante le vacanze di Pasqua. Esperienza terribile da non ripetere assolutamente:prezzo per un hotel simile esageratamente caro; pulizia scarsa, e in particolare una delle camere in cui abbiamo alloggiato era impregnata di cattivissimo odore di fumo di sigaretta ; reception quasi assente e inaccessibile in quanto collocata al terzo piano di un vecchio palazzo ,con ascensore angusto e soffocante ,e scale che ricordano quelle della torre di Pisa ! Unica nota positiva è la posizione strategica , a 3 minuti da piazza Duomo. Lo sconsigliamo vivamente a tutti,non ci torneremo mai più!!!

Posizione ottima,personale gentile ma purtroppo la camera era sporca,uno strato bene visibile di polvere sulla scrivania,capelli e peli nella doccia,per il resto ci siamo trovati bene,peccato la pulizia un po' scarsa.

Non capisco come facciano ad avere tre stelle. Questo hotel è davvero imbarazzante: non può essere definito hotel dato che da un appartamento vi hanno ricavato delle stanze. Non c’è neanche una hall dove poter stare 10 minuti prima di salire in camera. E non può essere indicato nemmeno come B&B perché non c’è uno spazio per la colazione, la solo una stanzetta lurida, buia e maleodorante in cui c’è una macchia per il caffè. Le stanze sono vetuste, con macchie alle pareti , finestre non insonorizzate, una doccia ingiovabile e testata del letto anche peggio! Sabato sera un terribile odore di fogna aveva invaso il terzo piano, da sentirsi male. L’unica cosa positiva è la vicinanza al centro, ma si può trovare di meglio. Tre stelle è impensabile!
