We stayed for 3 days in late April. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted and given excellent advice as to how to get around, where to eat and what to see. The room was decorated in keeping with the age of the buildings in the neighborhood- classic and classy. The primary advantage of this place is its location.A few minutes walk from the Acadamia and David. Ten to fifteen minutes walk to the Duomo. Twenty minutes to Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio and dozens of sights along the way. Very good restaurants close by, 5-10 minutes. The first day we walked from the train station, and when we left taxied to the station. I recommend taking the taxi! We would definitely stay here again.

This well-situated B&B is just charming and decorated in harmony with the building. The wardrobe in the Diva Suite really caught my eyes. Even though the suites are next to each other, the place remains quiet as the guests are respectful. We stayed there for 3 nights. And what a warm welcome! Two professional, friendly, adorable Ladies run the place. Their advice on visits and restaurants amongst other things helped us a lot.

We had a wonderful stay. Satya greeted us and showed us to our room. The room was spacious and beautiful. Well equipped with everything you need. The building was very secure and we were very comfortable in the neighborhood. Location was perfect. Very easy and convenient to all the major sites in Florence. We would definitely stay again.

Great unique place!! In the heart of the city too! Walk to judt about everywhere! Very relaxing place!!! Great owner too! Highly recommended You will feel like your in the country. Love they kept the integrity of the history of the building!

Interesting room details and comfortable enough. Not really a hotel but more of a bedroom apar**ent. A little gloomy with little natural light though. The area was nice and quiet and close to the centre. Plenty of cafe’s and restaurants close by and a shortish walk from the train station.

This was the perfect place for our family’s stay in Florence. The 2 room suite was a great size. Loved that we felt like we were staying in a home instead of a hotel. Easy walking distance to all the sites of Florence. Ulrike, the owner, lives on site. She was quick to respond to every question and request from restaurant recommendations to reserving taxis, etc. This will definitely be at the top of our list when we return again in the future.

A secret and quiet place in the historic centre, all sights within easy walking distance. Lovingly furnished individual rooms, perfectly clean, nice breakfast café two minutes away. Thank you for the attentive service. We will gladly return!

We loved our stay at Relais & Maison Grand Tour. The hotel is clean, nice sized rooms and staff treat you like family. The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to the Duomo and other sites of downtown Florence. Ulrike and her assistant manager Satya went our of their way to help us out with restaurant and taxi reservations. We stayed in the two bedroom suite during our initial stay. It was so nice having the huge living room to plan our day with the other couple we were traveling with. We also stayed in separate rooms on our return stay and loved the large rooms with wonderful Italian charm. Yes, we would definitely stay here again.
