Dirty bathroom, burnt out light bulbs, broken shower, used towel from previous guest hanging on door, dusty and grubby tray in sitting area with food crumbs all over it. Overall grubby room which needed a deep cleaning!!
Disappointed!!
Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. I was lead to believe they had a hot tub by photos of property. It in fact doesn't. Staff was mostly friendly. Definitely would stay again though. Also indoor pool was heated

Grab bar hidden. No shelves except toilet tank. Toilet paper toooo far away from toilet.
Carpeting soiled, needed replacement.

This could be a very nice property but the staff is unfriendly and complacent. We had to go to Home Depot to get clorox wipes and lysol because our bathroom was not at all clean.

This will be our go to hotel to and from Florida. Comfortable, clean, however, hallways had stains on carpets. The breakfast was very good and staff friendly.

The outside of the hotel was lit up so bright it pierced through the curtains in the room. Walking down the hallway of the hotel you were blinded if you looked out the window. Overall hotel had a smell like dirty and musky. Linens on beds were okay. Not as clean as most SpringHill Suites by Marriott that I had stayed at.
