"Everything was great, front desk manager Julia Mckennon, was just Incredible. Me and my mom(from Pontiac) were there at hotel for my aunt’s funeral so we had food( lots of food) for family and friends who were also staying there at the hotel we offered everyone at the hotel, workers and guests to also eat from the plentiful food we had. What was leftover over till after the funeral Frontdesk Manager Julia helped us store some of the food( which I’m sure is not in her JOB description but she did anyway…, kudos for that she was a lifesaver and when I travel back up north to Flint, I will stay in your hotel again and again thank you for treating my family in a bad time graciously."

"1st most is on Video only Couple photos.. this places NEEDS to be Burned/torn down to purify it.. from Cockroaches & more room is extremely dirty from random strands of hair all over nicotine build a ball in the bathroom that’s dripping from the ceiling cause the condensation. The bedframe smashed smithereens the pictures. Do not match the condition of the rooms nor what’s in. It has paid for a room that picture a full stove and refrigerator. Yeah, I got a broken un working “hot plate” and a fridge of old blood from meat packaging do not waste your time nor money or risk your health sleeping outside or in a vehicle would be safer and cleaner!!!!!"

"Main complaints are they didn't give me the room I reserved. They gave me a lower grade room for a higher price. I have a service dog but I don't know if that was the reason. Normally I leave him in the car until after checking I but this time I couldn't do to the fact they have no parking there. You either pay valet $20.00 or you have to drive across the street and park there for $5.00. I picked valet but told the guy that it had a handicap permit and he said there was an open spot in the lot attached to hotel. I told him I'd need something out of it later and was assured he'd bring my car up anytime I wanted it as that was included. So later when I went to get what I needed I was told valet went home and I'd have to go get it myself. While come to find out they had taken it across the street and parked it on the 3rd level. They didn't know what level it was on so I had to walk each level pressing the remote constantly. On top of that the elevator doesn't work at the parking structure so someone 71 years old with a service dog for mobility has a bit of a problem with that....anyway as you've probably figured I'm not at all impressed with the hotel."

"Infelizmente, não recebi fotos, mas é um hotel de orçamento inferior e não preciso de nada de fantasia, mas posso descansar lá e sentir-me confortável o pessoal estava muito agradável as máquinas de venda vieram confortáveis e esqueci o meu cartão de quarto algumas vezes E eram muito bons e bem-acolhidos."
