Hôtel Club mmv Le Flaine

Had a great stay here again, hotel is ideally located for everything in the resort access to slopes, apres ski etc . Excellent ski/boot room. The food was mostly really good however one night I felt the choice was a bit limited but that's my eating preferences rather than hotel. Breakfast you were spoilt for choice. There is a big airy bar area as well with good selection of refreshments waiting on you coming back from a day on the slopes. All in all it was a great experience and next time I'm in the resort will use the hotel again

Great hotel, lovely staff, enough space in rooms for all the ski kit. Close to slopes, well located and really nice varied food. Enough choice for everyone with all bases covered. Well managed hotel by the fantastic attentive Julien. Lovely personal touch. Went with crystal and would definitely recommend this hotel for a skiing holiday. We had the extra bonus of a free AI upgrade as was the end of the season. Saved us a fortune. Nice central lounge area with games, pool table and kids entertainment. Just a nice and easy holiday.

We stayed as a family with two young children at Le Flaine for our first ski holiday. The hotel, resort and location were perfect. Collecting equipment was easy and very close to ski school and the lifts. I felt nervous before going about leaving the kids in ski school but felt none of that as soon as we dropped them off, they loved it and the ESF instructors were great, I looked forward to seeing how they had come on! My eldest even skied a little bit of red by the last day, the progress is amazing. The hotel itself was great, easy access to the boot room, afternoon tea, a great variety of food at all meal times and really did have a supportive team. They were always smiling and happy to help or have a chat about our day. The bar was social and lots of nice families to chat to, some who had first skied in Flaine when they were kids. We couldn’t have asked for more. The rooms were decent, the bunk beds really worked for our two and it gave us a little space. It is warm at night but we had the door open so didn’t feel too hot after the first night. All in all an amazing time. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay. The service was fantastic, very helpful and friendly staff who made every effort to help us have a great stay. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Excellent selection at meal times. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is BASIC very basic. Staying in it was like a trip back to the late 80’s/early 90’s. It’s supposedly been recently renovated but the decor is dreadful - my 4 year old even asked me if someone had used felt tip pens to draw the circle design on the carpets! There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms and they are small with tiny windows. The bathroom had a shower which was hot but it gave a trickle of water. There is only one very small lift to service the entire hotel and that includes service staff also. The food was basic and average - the salad bar was poor and there was a lack of balance in the foods offered - very little protein or vegetables. We stayed at MMV in Belle Plan last year and the hotel and food were great. This is dreadful - it feels like a prison. Unfortunately, I severed my ACL mid week and we needed help to arrange extra assistance and seats on the plane home. The Crystal Rep very rarely showed up in the hotel and when we did ask for help with assistance at the airport or medical centre it’s fair to say she didn’t care and fobbed us off. We won’t be using Crystal again or this hotel.

Stayed at hotel 2nd week of March 24 - part of Crystal Ski Slope Starters. Whilst the hotel had positives, it was unfortunately outweighed by a sickness bug/food poisoning that pretty much wiped out the whole of the Uk guests! Quite surprised given the amount of people that were poorly, there are not more reviews reporting this. All 3 of us (who ate different meals, myself vegetarian) violently vomiting & bed bound for 24/48 hrs! My husband first, followed by my daughter and then myself last. Unfortunately I don’t believe the hotel or Crystal reps handled the situation very well, it was quite obvious they were trying to keep the situation quiet/down played! From the group of slope starters, I know of 16 people who had it however it was far more. Even the ski instructors declined our awards ceremony on the last day as they wanted to avoid the hotel because of the situation. Cant blame them! Next time - I suggest instead of keeping things quiet, warn your guests please! It was finally admitted by one of the reps that they had known of sickness the week before but they thought it had been contained! Hotel/restaurant manager still refused to acknowledge any sort of issue! Besides the above - hotel is nice, rooms ok, and location is good.

Chambre correcte, literie agréable. Un seul ascenseur pour tout l’établissement donc il ne faut pas être pressé. Menus bons mais pas assez variés. Goûters pauvres, aucun choix. Spa à revoir car eau trop fraîche. Horaires du bar à revoir également car ferme à 22h en pleine animation. Barman très sympa mais certaines bières plus disponibles donc choix restreint. L’organisation des randonnées est mauvaise. Les places sont vraiment limitées. Horaire d’inscription des randonnées en pleine après midi (16h) donc pas pratique du tout. Le personnel n’était pas assez avenant dans son ensemble. On ne demande pas le tapis rouge mais certaines personnes y compris le directeur avaient bien du mal à dire bonjour. En fin de saison on peut entendre que la fatigue se fasse sentir, mais un minimum de politesse quand même. Le mini club était satisfaisant sans plus. Certains membres manquaient là aussi de politesse, de sympathie. Heureusement, il y a une grande zone de loisirs pour les enfants à côté.

Tout est réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances d'été dans cet établissement. Belle chambre familiale spacieuse et propre. L'ensemble du personnel est sympathique et l'ambiance est très agréable. Les activités sur Flaine sont nombreuses et au goût de toute la famille. Nous avons très bien mangé grâce aux menus variés proposés. Les randonnées proposées par le biais des guides de l'ESF (Caroline et Fabien) m'ont énormément plu.

De superbe vacances, une très belle équipe, d’animation, les enfant on adorer . Le pass Flaine nous as permis de faire beaucoup d’activités. Les repas franchement un régal le chef était super
