A very ideal hotel for skiing holiday with family members. They offer everything you need in a skiing holiday. the staff members are very patient even during the peak hours of the day : breakfast and dinner - sometimes even during snack time in the afternoon, when the skiers get back. They have game rooms and a ball pit ideal to keep young children occupied. there's a heated swimming pool, a well-equipped gym and a ski equipment rental shop. If there's one thing they can do better, it will be the heaters. They are incredibly warm that on most nights, we had to open our windows to let the cold air in. There's no way for us to control the heat as it seemed centrally heated.

Skihotel we would really recommend. Very friendly staff, we had tiny room but very well, clean and modern equipped, nice rooftop swimmingpool, good location where you don't need your car but can easily take the skibus in front of the hotel.

The friendliness of the staff is extraordinary, really very pleasant feeling as a guest. Accommodation is super clean, swimming pool was the number one hit for our kids, as the indoor playground. We have enjoyed every second there, and came back completely revitalised. Top choice!

Excellent quality for the price, this is a hotel dedicated to those who love sports. The rooms are modern and comfortable, very good breakfast and lunch bufe and a tasty menu for dinner. The spa, indoor and outdoor pools enhanced the quality of our stay. Many thanks to the friendly staff!

This really is a fantastic hotel with delicious food, lovely and friendly staff, great wine ;) and comfortable, clean rooms, it really feels like home here! We have been coming here for 14 years and we keep going here for the rest of the years to come, we love it!

We happened to arrive at the hotel and enjoyed every moment. The reception was very nice and always gave an answer to every question and request. The bike tour with breakfast was amazing and surprising. The children enjoyed play facilities - ping pong, trampolines and very much enjoyed. The meals are invested and very tasty. Great selection for breakfast and a barbecue dinner one evening with plenty of food. The uria was pleasant. Permanent tables for meals. nice people. Lovely hotel. We will definitely return there again on our visit to Austria

- Schöne Zimmer und bequeme Betten - durchgängig sehr nettes Personal und super zuvorkommender Service (special thanks an Jozsef!). Auch der Junior-Chef Hans packt täglich mit an 👍🏻 - tägliche MTB-Touren (Bio-Biker trainieren ihre Resilienz, denn die Gruppen sind gemischt mit vielen E-Bikern 😉) - ein motiviertes Biketeam, alle Bikes sind sehr gepflegt. Bio-Hardtails sind kostenfrei, Fullys und E-Bikes kosten Aufpreis - ein sensationelles, abwechslungsreiches Essen mit der All-In-Buchung - ein toller, sehr gepflegter Wellnessbereich - viele kleine Extras, wie kuschelige Bademäntel, Flip Flops, kostenlose Softdrinks uvm. (Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: mehr größere Wanderungen anbieten!) Danke an das gesamte Team, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nachdem wir im letzten Jahre einen schönen Ski-Urlaub im Tauernhof verbracht hatten haben wir dieses Jahr wieder gebucht. Leider wurden die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Zimmer und Wellness Bereich waren genau so sehr gut wie im letzten Jahr. Die Familiensuite die wir gebucht hatten erfüllten alle unsere Erwartungen. 2 Schlafzimmer jedes mit TV Gerät, Wohnzimmer mit großem TV und Sitzgelegenheit Tisch, Eckbank und 2 Stühle sowie Couch. Balkon bei allen Zimmern. Bad entsprechend. Was in der Suite fehlen sind Wandhaken. Das All In Angebot bestand auch im März 2023. Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung und entspricht voll 4 Sternen. Das Angebot für Wasser und Säften den gesamten Tag über und Kaffee zum Nachmittag ist super. ABER Das Kuchen- und Speiseangebot am Nachmittag lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Salatauswahl ja, aber Kuchenangebot sehr wenig und in 6 Tagen 2 x Chili con carne, 1 X lauwarme Burger na ja. Hatte wir im Jahr 2022 ein sehr gutes Abendessen wurden wir 2023 komplett enttäuscht. Wenn im Angebot zur Buchung steht Salatbuffet und aus Personalproblemen Salatteller serviert werden isst dies ein großer Unterschied. Hatten wir 2022 eine grandioses Nachspeisebuffet, 2023 Fehlanzeige. Hatten wir 2023 ein sehr gutes österreichisches Buffet, 2023 Fehlanzeige. Gerade in Österreich erwartet man bei einem Wiener Schnitzel eine entsprechende Art der Zubereitung (Panade mit Blasen frisch zubereitet) und und nicht am Nachmittag hart gebraten und am Abend erwärmt. Sorry, das was gar nichts. Die tägliche Ausrichtung in das asiatischen Speiseangebot erwartet man so nicht. Ein- zweimal ja, aber nicht jeden Tag. Sicherlich der Personalmangel macht sich in der Küche sehr stark bemerkbar, aber dies kann man im Vorfeld mitteilen und offen damit umgehen. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und konnten uns sehr gut erholen.
