First, it should be noted that this isn't a hotel -- it's a divided room in an apartment in a rather questionable neighborhood (marked by two completely burned out cars on the street within two blocks of the address and a intoxicated, maybe homeless man trying to enter our shuttle while we were waiting at a light to get to the airport, also just a few blocks away). It has a complicated check in process and took two keys and a key card to get in. Overall the room itself was ok -- the walls could use a fresh coat of paint (lots of scuffs and there were song lyrics on the wall as decoration that were peeling badly), the sheet on the queen bed had a hole in it. The biggest problem was it was almost 100 degrees and the A/C did not work -- we spent a very hot, uncomfortable night waiting for our flight.
