We stayed in Capo Taormina hotel for a couple of weeks. It is conveniently located with a nice view from each and every room. Outstanding service, particularly Grazia, who waited for us at the bar, both on the beach and the evening terrace one. She was always in good mood, very helpful, attentive, friendly and just nice. The whole stay was a pure pleasure and Grazia made it unforgettable. We shall surely come back.

We found this hotel via Jet2 and thought it sounded nice. The hotel was stunning and we loved it (we are quite fussy) The lobby area is modern, the pool is beautiful and the breakfast setting and food is excellent. The pool food was ok (our children age 8 and 9 loved it) and the setting again is beautiful. We often went across the road to the restaurant Valentino's and bought pizza to eat at the pool or in the hotel garden. The pool does get busy so get a sun bed early (we had enough space every day). The sea is stunning and very easily accessible. The beach is pebbly but if you get shoes it's fine. Further down the beach is a lovely restaurant for lunch called Valentina (owned by Valentino's daughter). The rooms are dated but clean and spacious, the beds were very comfy and one large room was big enough for a family of 4. The location is great the beach, restaurants, shops and the boats are easy to walk to. Taormina is only 25 mins on the bus and it costs 2 euro pp. we did a fantastic boat trip to see the caves with Poseidon from Giardini Naxos and visited Taormina and Castelmola. Would go back tomorrow! Giving it 5 stars because it has everything you need for a lovely Italian holiday. For context our flight was cancelled and we were moved to another hotel free of charge (inc all food and drink for our last night). We checked in looked around decided the Marriott was far nicer and returned immediately (at our own expense). It was worth it!

I reviewed many you tube videos on packing for Sicily in October, forget them they are woefully incorrect. Everyone wears sneakers, Italians are still wearing white and yes they wear flip flops. Women were in shorts, tank tops and sun dresses as well as jeans. Casual attire in the most expensive restaurants in Taormina was the norm. We traveled all around Sicily from Palermo to Taormina to hill towns in Gangi. My advice wear what is comfortable for you and be respectful and polite, you will have a fabulous time.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2023, in a superior room with a sea view - unsurpassed! What I liked: 1. The location is good for our taste, because it is a little further from the noisy streets. It has its own rocky coast and access to the sea. Restaurants and souvenir shops are a 15-minute walk away. 2. The hotel is self-sufficient - there is everything for a relaxing holiday: a large swimming pool, umbrellas and deckchairs, a restaurant and bar, terraces for gatherings, access to the sea. 3. I recommend taking the Superior room with a sea view, because this room category has been updated and the balcony with a view is really impressive. Cleaned every day. There is air conditioning and a refrigerator. Good sound insulation. 4. Good breakfasts - scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and a very tasty variety of pastries. We also had lunch there and ordered cocktails - very fun, friendly staff. The restaurant also has a wonderful view of the pool and the sea. 5. The territory is very nicely decorated, there are places to sit in silence. The interior of the hotel is traditionally decorated in the Sicilian style with interesting furniture and paintings. There is an elevator. 6. There is a swimming pool with sea water and different water levels, as well as showers. There is enough space for everyone. For those who can swim, there is also a great alternative to go down to the sea - there are steps from the rocks. You can walk 10 minutes to the sandy beach. There is a free zone (a bit dirty), there is a paid zone (30 euros for two people) and it is worth the money (convenience, cleanliness, nice beach, umbrellas and seats). What can be improved is to add more vegetables to breakfast. In general, I am very satisfied with this hotel and I am grateful to everyone who makes the vacation there so wonderful!

I’ve got to say we were delightfully surprised by this hotel. We booked this place as it was nearby to where we booked our wedding. Travelling with my now husband and our nearly 2 year old. From the minute of walking through the doors we saw how truly nice and special this place was. We just booked a standard room, we were located on the ground floor and the room was a lot bigger than we expected. It was nice and peaceful even being so close to reception in room 112. It was clean, comfortable, well air conditioned. Was just what we needed. We had breakfast included in our price which was continental but had scrambled eggs, bacon, range of cheeses and meats including ricotta. Cereals, pasties and cakes all of the above was of a great standard. You could eat inside or out. The staff in the dining room are even better, gianluca, Gianfrano the waiters and the manager fabrizio. And a lovely lady with short dark hair was amazing with our son, They really made us feel welcome and special, they couldn’t do enough for us. So professional and friendly. We also spent an evening in the restaurant which the food was fantastic. Again great service here too! The beautiful garden and surroundings of the hotel are so picturesque. Nice big pool area including a kids pool. We also spent some time down by the beach bar which was relaxing and I have to mention how lovely the ladies down at the reception area of the beach/shop. Giulia and Maria, so lovely, friendly and helpful. The lobby bar was brilliant Adriano made us feel right at home, so friendly, welcoming and looked after our son if we needed milk warming up, no matter what time of day. The shuttle service from this hotel is fantastic, you pre book your shuttle up and down from Taormina. It’s free too! We loved Salvatore! He made us smile, he was lovely, helpful and genuine. We miss him already!! I have to say, the staff here are a real main reason we would want to come stay again. We live in Sheffield in England but my new husband is originally from Catania, we normally would stay with family but after this trip I know we will be back. Don’t waste any more money staying anywhere else, this hotel offers everything you want and need. Thank you for having us Hotel Caparena! See you again one day I’m sure! Splendida accoglienza di Raffaele e lo staff. Albergo piacevole, cucina eccellente, terrazza mozzafiato. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Il borgo di Milo tranquillo e delizioso, accanto a cantine dalla storia affascinante (I vigneri tra tutti) e a due passi dai Monti Sartorius, che offrono uno splendido punto di vista dell'Etna. Speriamo di tornare presto!

The hotel presidential suite is basically the entire fake impeccable. The room has its own swimming pool, two bedrooms, high privacy and high level of service. The hotel spa is also worth a visit, just to relax after swimming. The hotel has a private beach. Upon check-in, a free island cruise is provided, and a shuttle service up and down the mountain is provided.
