The drawer was broken in our room, only 2 hangers, no bathroom towel bars, stained couch, dirty carpets, broken tissue box in bathroom, stained tub (looked like mold where you stand), men's underwear left under bathroom shelves, dirty floor in bath edges and corners with lint and debris, food area not well supplied and no one there to ask about it; you would have to go to the front desk and they seemed to not be well staffed.

Disgusting. We checked in after 9p. Walking through the hallways on the very 1st floor, you can smell smoking. It seemed like they actually had dedicated rooms for smoking on one side and non-smoking on the other. Our room was dirty - the bathroom, couch, and floor was nasty. At $90 it is certainly not worth it. This is more of a Super 8, Motel 6. We stayed at Wyndham Westfield for $106 the previous night and I'm just shocked to say the least the difference between the 2 by only $16. Residents letting their animals poop all over the yard. Hotel was in a nice area easily accessible from the Interstate, unfortunately the indoor pool was not available because of a maintenance issue with the heater and circulation pumps. I was really looking forward to a nice swim. I purposely chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Room was very nice and clean and spacious.

Friendly staff but had to move rooms because our non-smoking room reaked of cigarettes. The 2nd room was near someone who was cooking forgein food with a terrible smell. Had to use towels to block off the door to keep it out. The sink leaked on the counter and the outlet didnt work. We left asap in the morning, but the breakfast was pretty decent in the am.

Nice place to stop at on way to OH. Had all the amenities I needed and was warm and quiet, to boot. Staff was helpful and polite.

Hotel was ok for the price. 1st room was extremely dusty, Tv didn't work, fridge needed to be defrosted. Moved to another room that was better.

The room
Lighting was dim/dark and one of the nightstands didn’t have a lamp. The television wasn’t a 52 inch screen as advertised (it was more like a 32 inch screen); and, the television didn’t work - the picture was frozen and the controls didn’t work.
