The lobby is deceivingly updated for how dated the rooms are. Pretty positive the bed was actually broken, and the tv was much too small, even for the aesthetics. I guess you get what you pay for as it was fairly inexpensive but just did not compare to other hotel properties in the Indianapolis area.

It took several hours to get guest service, called the front desk multiple time more than hours in between. Asked for extra towels, nothing was delivered.
Also roads were unsafe, snow was not removed on common areas.

Our bathroom was very dated. Mirror had paint on frame edges. Shower was small. Shower curtain didn’t stay inside shower and got water on floor.

The place needs cleaned up everything is dirty even the elevator was dirty. I had sticky stuff all over my floor in my room and I had to clean it up? They didn’t offer to clean it or move me to a different room. A Painter painted out side my room last night talking on his phone the whole time and I had to listen to it. The juice at breakfast is watered down so much it had no taste. I smelled cigarette smoke from somewhere the whole time. The last night I was the lobby stunk awful.

We requested a cru. Or play pad for our baby and they told us the did not offer them and a day before we checked out we saw they had plenty of them.

Stayed here while attending a concert at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville. Location was a reasonable Uber ride distance. Large breakfast buffet included which was very good and had lots of options. We would stay here again.
