The hotel is located next to the ancient city. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the core area, but it is only a few dozen meters to the maglev station. The room was very clean, and the hotel also provided free fruit and baked sweet potatoes, which were delicious.

The location of the hotel is nice, it’s close to everything but not quite in the midst of all the loud bars and restaurants. The rooms themselves were fine, although the walls were a bit dirty, and much of the tile could have used more caulking. The entire counter of our sink moved if bumped. Also, there was something not quite right with our shower head. However, the bed was comfortable and you can’t just beat the view from the balcony. The owner was helpful when I took the initiative to add them on wechat as well. They gave us recommendations for food and advised us on where to do the river boat ride. Overall, a fine place to stay for a night in Fenghuang.

Our room is clean and have a beautiful view of the river. It is away from the pubs and bar so its not as noisy at night. The location of the hotel is perfect for us with big luggages and bags as it is located just a slope down. The room is equipped with projector and toilet bidet which works really well. The staffs are very friendly and recomended lots of activities and attractions to us. Just below the hotel, there is a shop that rents the traditional costume. The package comes with the rental of clothing, make up (they do a really good job), and photoshoot. Would totally recommend this hotel to stay!!!

1. This hotel located in Fenghuang Ancient Town near on riverside. I can see river throught windows of my room. Near to all attraction points. There are a lot of nearby restaurants. 2. Decoration is modern and the room is very convenient. 3. Owner is very nice and helpful. He provided calling taxi to drop me at Fenghuanggucheng Tain Station for free after check out.

Fenghuang Ancient Town is very beautiful, but this B&B gives me a stronger sense of happiness! Thousand-year-old trees, insects chirping, the boss loves to drink coffee, the house is always full of rich aroma, you can also pet cats, fight 🐶, chat and drink tea, the boss also gave me the local golden tea before leaving! The hotel is very close to the bridge just walk 5 mins. Good location to walk around the ancient city and along the river. The service is superb. You need to contact hotel in advance as they need to meet you at the parking lot and bring you the hotel. The breakfast is at the restaurant nearby (local chinese style). The noodle soup is very delicious. Special thanks to Xiao Hong and Ar Ming for very nice hospitality. As there is no Didi in Fenghuang, they helped us to book the car to the airport and made sure that we arrived at the airport safely. Although they speak very limit English, we can communicate with WeChat. The ancient city view at night is very beautiful but also very crowded with people dressed in the ancient costume and taking pictures everywhere. It was difficult to walk and enjoy the night view as it is a bit noisy because of the people and music from bars along the river. Day time is more peaceful to walk around.

I chose this hotel after reading the reviews. The owner is very nice and welcoming. It is exactly as the reviews say. The location of the B&B is excellent. It is in the middle of the ancient city and the car can drive directly downstairs. The panoramic rooftop has a great view, overlooking the entire ancient city. The room is also clean and comfortable

I was really tired after playing, taking photos, and checking in during the day. I walked around most of the ancient city. I didn't want to move at night. I didn't expect that the night view in the room was really amazing. You can see the super beautiful night view without leaving the room. I highly recommend it. However, it is better to turn off the lights. Sit by the window, drink tea, and look at the night view. I am in a good mood and all my worries are gone. I highly recommend it.

The room was nice, spacious and clean! The housekeeper was also very enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and sent us off. The service was very considerate. There was a washing machine and we could wash clothes. The housekeeper gave us several scales. The recommended Zhengji beef noodles were super delicious and authentic! From check-in to check-out, the recommended food and browsing routes were super clear and specific. I was tired enough from the trip to Changsha, and it was very relaxing to come here. The location of the accommodation was relatively comfortable and the yard was also spacious. Children could pet cats. I will definitely stay here next time if I have the chance

This little hotel on the banks of the river couldn't have tried harder to please, from the first moment I arrived till I left, the staff worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy and looked after. The hotel is a 10 minute walk along the banks of the river to reach the centre of the ancient town, something I think I preferred as the noise in the evenings from karaoke bars in the centre goes on till late. I was upgrade to one of the loft rooms, the bed was lovely and comfy with good linen and the walkin shower was excellent. The TV was massive and there was a lovely view of the river from the seating area. The entrance was a bit tricky to identify and hence why I have included a better photo.
