Estou muito satisfeito com o hotel durante esta viagem. O serviço e todos os aspectos são muito bons. Assim que chegamos, o dono do hotel saiu para pegar e ajudar a carregar a bagagem. Vendo que o quarto pequeno para nós dois pode ser desconfortável, ele também atualizou o quarto grande para nós de graça. O chefe é muito gentil e nos deixará evitar armadilhas. É muito perto dos pontos turísticos e é muito conveniente viajar. A coisa mais importante pois viajar é viver confortavelmente.

Normally I don’t write reviews but this one i write
The property staff was very good and helpful specially there was a small girl I don’t know her name but she was very fast and very helpful. She was short but she carry our heavy suitcase and help us put in our room. I will definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is just next to the largest square in the tourist area, so the location is extremely convenient. Furthermore, our room views directly to the square, which is very beautiful. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is tidy. We'll definitely book the hotel again if we come back to Fenghuang

The place is very well located, close to the old part but not too close to be loud. As clean as it can be in china for a normal/good hotel. Staff was VERY nice and helpful all the time.

Really good simple and affordable hotel in the HEART of Fenghuang! The hotel is located in the corner of the main square at the old town and from there you can walk the whole town! Also, the staff was very friendly even though they couldn't speak English! Highly recommended!!!

This hotel in Fenghuang was excellent! We were both American tourists that speak minimal Mandarin, and the owners were very patient in communicating with us. The owners were overall extremely kind, and they even upgraded our room for free. They also even walked us to the bus station when we left. The room was very clean and it was a great deal at its price. It was a perfect stay, and I would recommend anyone to stay here as well.

Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from where the Bus drops you off (the one coming from the Trainstation), 5-10 minutes away from the “tourist spots”. The owner treated us so nice, water, watermelon, carried the bags, gave us a bigger room than we booked since it was free.

Wonderfull hotel in the better place of the town. They Give me fruit, they Give me a map with indications to a walk to the best visit of the city and free tickets for the main atraction of the town from where you have the best views of Fenghuang AND the river. I Will return for sure.
