"A estadia foi um desastre. Pedimos e pagamos por um quarto quádruplo e uma das camas ficava no chão. o banheiro era horrível e cheio de umidade. Não havia nada além de uma chaleira elétrica no balcão do banheiro. Precisa de limpeza, até encontramos baratas pequenas (não as grandes que podem ter entrado pela sacada). A internet é um fiasco. A pia estava manchada e quando perguntamos, eles nos disseram para limpá-la com sabão e que sairia (?) UM DESASTRE. Eu não ficaria lá novamente"

"RESERVEI UM QUARTO PARA 4 PESSOAS (TODOS ADULTOS) E SIMPLESMENTE, ELES TIRARAM A CAMA PEQUENA DE BAIXO DE UMA CADEIRA E A COLOCARAM COMO A TERCEIRA CAMA, JÁ QUE UMA ERA DE CASAL. UMA SUBSTITUIÇÃO FOI SOLICITADA, MAS ELA NUNCA CHEGOU. 3 TOALHAS EM VEZ DE 4. A UTENSÍLIO DE JANTAR CONSISTIU EM 2 GARFOS, 2 COPOS, 2 FACAS, 4 COLHERES E 3 XÍCARAS. FIM.- A GELADEIRA NÃO REFRIA MUITO, E NÃO TINHA ARMÁRIO, APENAS UM MÓVEL ABERTO, ADEQUADO PARA COLOCAR A TELEVISÃO E UM SISTEMA DE ÁUDIO, MAS NÃO CUMPRIA A FUNÇÃO DE UM ARMÁRIO. AS CAMAS NÃO TINHAM ENCOSTO E OS TRAVESSEIROS ERAM SUPERFINOS. A PISCINA COM O PISO INTEIRO QUEBRADO, COM RESTOS DE ENTRETOS. A CHURRASQUEIRA ERA MUITO BONITA, MAS SEM MÓVEIS, PARECIA UM ARMAZÉM DE CADEIRAS E MESAS DE PLÁSTICO. UM CAFÉ DA MANHÃ BÁSICO: IOGURTE, CAFÉ E SUCO SINTÉTICO. MEDIALUNAS E MAIS ALGUNS PROJETOS DE LEI ALI. AS COISAS BOAS SÃO A PROXIMIDADE DAS FONTES TERMAIS E AS GARÇONETES QUE SÃO MUITO CORDIAIS, MAS ISSO NÃO AUMENTA A PONTUAÇÃO DO LUGAR. DESTACO QUE EXISTEM INÚMEROS LUGARES PRÓXIMOS ÀS FONTES TERMAIS EM FEDERACION."
