First at check-in, I went by the hotel before check in to ask about changing my room from a king to two queens because of accident during the booking it changed without my notice. I was told there was no problem. I get back to check in and then get told I have to pay an extra $15 to do this which doesn’t sound like a lot but I feel I should have been told that when I went in first. So I decided to keep the original room. They check me in and we go to the room. This hotel has recently been renovated and in my room baseboards where falling off and you can tell it was cheaply done. We are in our room trying to get ready to go to the pool and the maintenance guy just walks in our room no knock no nothing. Which at that now has my daughter scared just anyone can walk in. He proceeded to tells us sorry he didn’t know we where in there because that room was not supposed to be booked because it needed repairs. I had already fixed the rubber bases boards falling off so I told it was fine. Twenty minutes later it starts to rain and the room is leaking water into. So at that time I do go to the front desk and they do change my room but the second room wasn’t in much better shape. The pool is only open to 6 which I feel is ridiculous when it doesn’t even get dark until 9 pm right now. Wasn’t really happy with customer service at all. I wouldn’t recommend them.
