Wonderful property and stay. My only criticism is that you ought to be able to take the free breakfast to your room if that is what you desire.

I enjoyed my first time staying here. VERY spacious room and bathroom. I wish the showers were a tad bit hotter but nothing too bad . I loved what the stay had to offer (bar, Starbucks, room service, etc.) Although, I did see ONE bed bug in the bathroom on a towel and immediately killed it. Other than that, no problems. Definitely recommend!

Irena was so awesome at checkin and checkout, a real asset to a guests arrival and departure experience.
Room did not feel or look clean. Morning cooking crew were not hospitable. Servers were very pleasant.

The indoor pool was freezing, which was a shame considering we purposely sought out an indoor pool for my paretner's child. The hottub was also luke warm.

The stay was good, but the heat wasn't warm the way me, and my Women would like it to be. Then the fire Alarm kept going off disturbing are interment time to together.

Someone kept calling my room phone and hanging up. The front desk told me they could not help so I was forced to unplug the phone. Therefore I did not sleep well, and when the fire alarm went off at 7am and then turned back off two minutes later- I had it. Nice clean hotel but they need to take better care what kind of garbage they let stay there. This was too expensive of a hotel to have to deal with random people causing problems at all hours.

The fire alarm went off while we were there multiple times. The breakfast was plentiful but super salty. The room needed dusting. Dirty chair. Also, they deactivated our room key an hour before checkout.

Our family vacation for Chris**as this year was extra special because this hotel had the best customer service and the entire staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. I will definitely let my family and friends know about this hotel! And will definitely come back again!
