Garbage in bathroom floor and on middle room divider; went to breakfast at 9:30 and there was no pancake and area looked unclean

The hotel overall had a very pungent air freshener, and the room we rented did as well. The beds were very soft.
Breakfast was great though!! They even had gluten free options which was perfect for our family!

We stayed here a month ago and had to change rooms because ours was dirty. They asked us for another chance. This time our room was dirty again. We asked them to please clean while we were out. They said they would. The maids even told us they would clean it again. They didn’t. For over $ 200/ night its not worth it

Chocolate waffles were great. breakfast bar stays open til 10 am! Nice staff, nice comfy mattress/pillows, full
Length mirror in room, quiet and friendly. (No do not disturb sign in room!)
