Beautiful state of the art hotel,extremely modern,and vast,with amazing facilities!! service was beyond atrocious to the point of exasperating,waited more than 30 minutes at the pool area for drinks to be served,same situation in the crowes bar next to the restaurant,it took our friend to very politely nudge the bar manager to ask his staff of 10 to serve us,not a clue about keeping guests happy,no service with a smile,and guest Relations acted like the stepford wives,almost Robotic. we had a theft from one of our friends room,and we reported this to the reception,and Duty manager,No action taken more or less told us we were to blame,and would not call the police so we could Report the incident,No empathy or concern given at all. On Departure day No water available in the hotel to wash,or shower,and flush the toilet,no explanation given,or apology.check out was another hurdle to jump,wrong calculation of mini bar,and tried to charghe for the room,which had been paid before we arrived. Had it not been for the fact we are a great group of friends,with a sense of humour,and forgiving natures when it comes to Rudeness,it would have been a total disaster.

A perfect stay as always. Everything is perfect here. Whenever I visit Famagusta, my first choice is Grand Sapphire. They have the best service and the breakfast is amazing. You have all the facilities here. The location is near to market and good restaurants are nearby

The hotel is located in the city a short walk from the main road through the city. Very modern with very clean rooms. The superior room has a lot of space and powerful air-conditioner installed. The staff is also very friendly. The a la carte menu was excellent. The hotel has a buffet in the evening but you can request for the menu and order separately. It has good facilities including a spa, a pool and a gym. You get a lot for the money you pay, excellent value. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Famagusta.

Good city hotel in the center of Famagusta. Clean and modern. Very good for its price. It is 3-5 minutes from old Famagusta and very near to a Lemar supermarket. Their breakfast is ok, but nothing special. The indoor swimming pool is just ok also.

Just went yesterday for a night In the night 2’o clock suddenly Water drops started coming out from Air conditioner, I called two times to reception, because drops were falling down on the carpet and were making lot of noise, I told them please come and check. No one came, i went to reception and asked them they said they don’t have someone to check it, and From Reception they closed AirConditioner, i Opened the window, it was very very windy, Couldn’t sleep all the night, in the morning when i went to washroom. I found water was coming in drops in the taps, Really bad Experience

Hotel ok, rooms standard. Double bed duvet didnt touch side of bed with no one in it! Food sorry just terrible only there 3 nights. 1st night as we were a group and our flights delayed laid on a soup and sandwich the soup was some kind of tomato based concoction with fish, capers and various other ingredients, the roll was ok. Breakfast ok but even as soon as it opens the food is Luke warm at best. Bread to die for. Evening meal day 2 Lentil soup, Chinese chicken , the standard salad stuff and a vegetarian option again Luke warm. Evening meal day 3 Vegetable soup, roast chicken the salads. Again Luke warm. So not overly sure where other people stayed. Would I go back? Not in a million.

Excellent rooms , room service brilliant with my annoying child, extremely clean rooms spacious reasonable prices good location, helpful staff lovely breakfast would defo stay again indoor pool bar restaurant everything u need
