Cedarwood Apartments

I made a booking with these guys, which they had to cancel due to the COVID-19 VIC Lockdowns that Ski Season. That is fair enough - and not Cedarwood's fault. HOWEVER !!! - they KEPT $650.00 of my Booking Fee for NOTHING. When I challenged her on it, their answer was "Our Landlords/Owners are "Bleeding, with no Bookings this Season". When I told her "So am I bleeding in my Business", she got all huffy and attitudinal - just RUDE. AND to this Day, they stole my $650.00. NOTE - Two Other Holidays I had booked (and got cancelled) that same year - I got FULL 100% Refunds... (from Airlines and/or Accommodation Providers). SO - JUST DO NOT BOOK AT CEDARWOOD !!! I NEVER WILL AGAIN.

Four of us stayed in apar**ent 25 and had a great family experience ! Freshly renovated, immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything you need to be able to relax after snow days and also cook for yourself. Plenty of space to not be on top of each other and nice and warm. Beds were very comfortable and ensuites and showers were great. Drying room inside the front door is very handy. A suggestion: A rubber floor mat would be a good idea so you don't slip on the tiles when getting wet ski boots off. Able to ski in via Orys trail and out via Schuss St to the door. (or can use Stop 6 for the shuttle if your not confident on skis) The ATS is a must to get your luggage up the hill, it drops you to the door. Ski hire place in the same building was also handy.

We have recently just had a 5 night stay a Cedarwood apar**ents in No.25. Wow what can I say, from the moment we arrived Narelle was there to help us settle in and continued to help guide us throughout our stay. We even got a curtsey call to say our apar**ent was ready for us. Our apar**ent was clean and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a storm. The apar**ent access to ski in/ski out was right at our back door which was perfect for our little skiers. We could not have asked for a better place to stay at Falls Creek! We will be back!!! Cedarwood is perched near the top of Falls Creek village with expansive views across the valley. Close to some great bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the village centre. Ski in, ski out in winter (weather permitting) . The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable with a huge variety from small studios to large roomy apar**ents. While winter is the go here the range of things to do in Summer is amazing with hiking, biking and paddling all available. Parking right outside in all but winter is a bonus.

We tremendously enjoyed our stay at Cedarwood during our ski trip in August 2022. The studio7 room was clean with good facilities and an excellent view. We notified Narelle in advance and we were able to check in a little early with our luggage since we took a shuttle up the mountain. For future improvements, I recommend adding a plug-in burner for cooking to this studio. Also, the two single beds pulled together were a little uncomfortable for sleeping. Overall it was perfect for our needs, great service and beautiful views. We would definitely stay there again.
