Lucky to have come across this family run establishment. The accommodations are clean, and minimalist which in this case is a wonderful change. The cafe is out of this world, and gives an overall feel of Europe. I highly recommend this over any of the chain hotel choices.

SPOTLESS! I felt as if I was the first person to ever stay in my room. Everything was so clean, staff was helpful and friendly and the bakery downstairs is a wonderful added bonus.

Lovely, safe property. No iron in room but a quick call produced one promptly. Nice bakery/ coffee house on premises. Pleasant smell. Still new and a bit of off gassing in room but not bothered by it. Would definitely stay here next time in town.

It was a great place and everyone was very welcoming. The environment was good and the rooms were very clean. Highly recommended this stay to anyone heading towards Falls Church!

My repeat visit to the hotel, very clean and super friendly staff, very convenient parking.
This time I forgot my coat in my room after checkout and they were so kind to contact me and returned my coat.
Very different than those big multi branch hotel.
I am sure you be pleasantly surprised at the quality service and the room.

The property is conveniently located and management staff was responsive to issues and very kind. The TV in my room was unable to connect to the Internet several evenings. I was offered an alternate room, but was loathe to repack and move. It began working so I thought things were fine and then it went out two more times. My room was not well cleaned routinely. The shower soap dispenser went unfilled and was empty until I requested replenishment, my toilet, sink, mirror, and trash were not cleaned on one evening of my stay.

Quaint hotel-‘ VERY SMALL room. Very noisy air handler in a small room made sleeping difficult - we left and booked another hotel to get some sleep. The attached bakery is excellent.

The walls are paper thin, the people next door talked all night and in the morning! It was as if they were sitting in our room.
