The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected! However, the hotel showed signs of wear and tear, in the room and in the pool area, that didn’t make it feel the cleanest. It could definitely use an upgrade.

Stayed here for two nights as part of a trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park (about 15 minutes away). The hotel is close to the Interstate and countless restaurants, stores, etc. Our king studio suite was located on the 4th floor and had your standard Residence Inn layout. Unfortunately, the room was dated and in need of a touch-up with colors, furniture, carpeting, etc. Aside from this the room was clean and we really enjoy having the kitchen features. The daily breakfast provided new items each morning and the staff in the breakfast area was very kind and helpful. In addition, the GM was very friendly when we briefly spoke to him the lobby. The pool area and outdoor seating area were also nice.

Large well appointed rooms efficiency type. Little store with food, beer, and wine. Great area with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to thruway entrance. Nice free breakfast in the morning. Friendly helpful staff and a very clean hotel.

I rarely stay at Residence Inns but found myself in need of a place to sleep after my moving company picked up my items but before I relocated to a new city. This Residence Inn is very nice and it's in a good location right off of 77. The suite was clean and intuitive and very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. No issues at all.

This property has really gone down in the last few years. I will not be staying here anymore. Dirty, slow draining tub, sticky floor, and dirty carpets.

The lobby, hallways and elevator and room were clean and presentable. The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were great.
Our king size bed, couch and kitchen area was very nice. Everything was spacious. Our disappoin**ent was that the shower leaked onto the floor almost out of the bathroom door area. We called front desk and their solution was to send someone up with more floor towels . While that worked for the moment, that was only one shower of our visit. When I reported that our room needed to have towels removed and replaced I was told room was serviced every 7 days. I was given a garbage bag to pick up the sopping towels to be placed outside our door. I wouldn't have gotten the bag until I mentioned how wet they were to place on rug.
You could tell this was an ongoing issue because the corner of the wooden bathroom door was damaged and repainted. We weren't offered another room, nor were we offered a discount for our troubles. Unfortunately, the hotel industry is going down hill as this is not the first time we have brought structural issues to management attention with no solution. Everywhere we se help wanted signs, here as well.
We were on the 4th floor, so I imagine at some point the water will find its way down to 3.
