This hotel is beyond overpriced. I thought it was going to be a luxory hotel stay with 5* service but it wasnt.
The room is as bog standard is it comes. The ocean view was really a partial view. The room smelt bad, like damp and the shower was the most complicated thing to work and the shower head could never be worked, only the rain shower option was doable.
Whats worse is the room we were given was above the end of the restaurant. The restaurant workers would smoke below our balcony and that would waft up to our balcony.
Moreover, it was a birthday stay and not once did the hotel do anything to recognize the birthday. Other hotels I have stayed in, in the past, would always provide complimentary cake or dessert or treats for a birthday. This hotel did absoultely nothing, despitw being informed.
I would love to know how they get away with charging 5* prices without the 5* service.
Highly dissappointing. The corridoors also are not kept up to standard and finding random holes in the ground was common.

酒店真的挺舊了，大概是90年代的了吧；尤其是洗手間，馬桶一按就壞。
酒店地方不大，能玩的也不多。去的時候因為颳風，岸邊也沒什麼項目。定了個環島遊，結果好多地方因為大風都關了，奇怪的是，户外的關了可以理解，博物館這種的為什麼也關
酒店早餐和晚飯都很一般般
如果要入住主島，從性價比上來説還不如希爾頓

It's a great place to stay. You have everything you need for when you've worn yourself out taking trips around the islands. Check-in was a little too brief and they forgot to tell me about some services and meals I was entitled to and did not know it until the concierge told me. Also would have been very helpful to know they can provide me with cash for a fee to have on hand as the island is mostly all cash.
As for the food, the buffet is just okay, not my type of meals. But the a la carte menu has some very delicious items. The upstairs cafe had some foods but again, just not my kind of foods. It was something to kill the hunger though.
Overall I would stay here again and be much better informed at check-in.

We had a great stay. Comfortable room, they allowed us early checkin and late checkout as an IHG member. Restaurant menu options were restricted over christmas but food was delicious. Expensive as AUD conversion especially for cocktails. Some mistakes during dinner one night but the theme night was excellent.
Loved visiting the turtles at the sanctuary and having mulitple pools was great.

Perfect stay for our honeymoon over the Christmas holiday. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast, especially on Christmas morning, and the Polynesian dance show. We loved our over-water bungalow, and the pool time and swim up bars were perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Drinks were terrible. Not enough alcohol, especially bad service and drinks at the swimup bar.
My salad had hair in it. They were doing repairs on the room next door so I could not take a much needed nap.

Expensive but delivers good value. Elegant room furnishings, beautiful grounds and spectacular view across to Moorea. Great food. Staff speak very good English at all levels.

Only thing I like was nice landscaping and staffs service.
Food was terrible, dinner buffet was $75-100 per person,
Totally not worth that much for buffet.
I don't mind to pay $100, if food was good !
Thanksgiving turkey dinner was horrible, pre cooked turkey was so tought to chew and everything else was terrible. Need upgrade kitchen staff !
Room condition wasn't good and not worth it !

Great property with quality food options at the hotel. Note that there's no direct "sandy beach" access but the swimming pool and "seawater lagoon" are nice. The power went out a few times during our stay, but the main areas of the hotel had continuous power (generators I'm assuming). I would recommend staying here, but rent a car and explore the island during your stay.
