The reception experience was notably unpleasant due to the discourteous demeanor of the staff member we encountered. Upon check-in for a reservation made for two adults, an interaction with the receptionist regarding the necessity for my wife's identification felt unnecessarily confrontational, not because of the request itself, but due to the manner in which it was presented. The lack of professionalism displayed was disappointing and has significantly influenced my view of this establishment. I find it hard to recommend staying here until there is evident improvement in staff training to ensure a welcoming and professional attitude towards guests.
