We have stayed at property many times over the years. it has gone down hill and desperately needs an update.

Selected because it is attached to the venue.
Bad to have only one person at the desk at 3pm when check-in begins; had a long wait and desk clerk was rushed due to long line.
Were we supposed to get a cookie? Did not receive one.
Expected a little more from a Hilton property.

If you are going to the Victory Theatre this is the place to stay. Only drawback is dining options, I would narrow that down before arriving.

Great place to stay for concerts in Evansville! Very short walk to Ford center, did not have to worry about parking or walking in the cold weather. Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we got to our room there was food from previous guests in the fridge still that had gone bad and they hadn’t emptied the trashcan from the previous guests either.

Nice hotel & friendly staff, however we did not have a fitted sheet on our bed. When we realized the staff was not available to provide us with a fitted sheet.

Great location to Ford center and some restaurants. Nice hotel. But do they really have to charge $3.00 for a bottle of water in the room if you are not a high tier member? Seems kind of petty, but it’s the small courtesies that make or break a business. Come on already!

Very convenient to Old National Events Center (connects via sky way). Room was cavernous, really, compared to most hotels. Plenty of parking. Staff was helpful when the elevators went out (seems the high school wrestlers were jumping up in down in them…).
