I liked the shady area with parking right outside my ground level room. The pool was closed however and my son really wanted to swim. We stayed 3 nights and each day they said it would be open that day but wasn’t ever opened while we were there.

just one of the best experiences in Eureka Springs. Great great staff. From the asset manager to the on-site manager to his assistant to the building engineer. All top-notch people. We are making this our second home.

Best kept secret. The rooms around the back don’t have Plug-ins and stuff for cell phones, but bring your own stuff. It’s so quiet and nice down there. It’s worth it.

This was the very best motel that I have ever stayed in. The staff was phenomenal, And the room was the cleanest I had ever stayed in.. will definitely only stay here when in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

One of the reasons we booked this property was it had a pool and the pool wasn’t available when we got there.

apparently, this is a property in transition. Came back from dinner needed. Our keys had locked him in the room. Had to wait 20 minutes for a front desk person at 7 o’clock at night. Had an end room, but couldn’t enter or exit out of the door at the end of the building because the lock was broke so we probably walked an extra 4 miles this weekend. Seem to be a lot of tweakers hanging around smoking cigarettes. But maybe that’s just the neighborhood.

This hotel is great. It will be our place to stay when we retuen next year. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and accomadating.
