This is my first stay at this hotel, but it was amazing! This hotel is nearby the station, so If you are going to take a train, It is the best hotel to stay. The room was little bit dark, but the interior was so unique and clean. I will choose this hotel next time.

All the employees are so nice!!! From check in to valet to store workers… very friendly. Location is perfect to U of O. I wish parking wasn’t $22 a day but at least you get in and out privileges. Also wish they gave you a stiff parking ticket to use with the parking machines as the first piece of paper is hard to stick in a wallet and easy to tear esp when staying multiple nights.
But awesome mattresses and pillows - my son and I have never slept so well in a hotel. Love the ultra dark blackout curtains as well.
Plus their sundry store has everything from lattes to sandwiches to candy - all grab and go. So convenient. They also have breastfast and lunch made to order items. I hear their avocado toast is great!

Great stay! The only downside is the room had hardly any water pressure and the bed was not the most comfortable.

My second time staying here and the service and attention to details are already declining. The guy who checked me in said no more than two words to me—he was very awkward and it seemed like he’d never done the job before. The bathroom had no shower curtain liner and I let the front desk know right away but as of my check-out, it hadn’t been addressed. The shower drain was also clogged... Little things that are no big deal in isolation but when you put them together, they make you wonder what’s happening.

I would encourage others to try out the Graduate hotel chain! Even though they are a chain, they personalize every detail and localize the rooms, bar area, even the bathrooms. The bar staff and front desk staff were fabulous!

The hotel is nicely decorated but is definitely lacking in character or soul. The pool area leave a bit to be desired, needs some TLC. The room was nice and comfortable and was handy for a night sleep before an early
Airport start but I wouldnt travel to Eugene to stay here by any means.
